So let's be honest here. I've been to this location on two separate occasions. First time for my iphone 12 pro max speaker repair. Went in they had to order the piece made an appointment for Friday. Dropped it off at noon ready by 4pm same day. $$$ later good to go on my way. Did call other locations was told almost 250$ but was about half or so. Yes I know there may be cheaper places but this was the cheapest for the time being. 10/10 service and all was given a 10$ coupon for my next purchase or repair

Second occasion went in to drop off my Xbox s series (no dvd drive) had the HDMI out to TV go bad. Again I called a couple places including best buy and was told they can't guarantee it would work. With that called "right there repair" said bring it in we offer 3 month warranty and a little but after or lower rate if I need to come back with that I was sold. Went down dropped it off couple days later called in they said it was ready for pickup, they had replaced a chip not my HDMI port okay great awesome. Brought it home no dice. Came back the day after told them about the situation. They replaced the HDMI port this time, after couple days brought it home. Currently my picture fuzzes here and there the audio randomly cuts out but I can live with it. Still have no issues going back to get it repaired with them but did expect to be good as new.

On 1/05 I stopped by their shop to have my Galaxy S20 Note screen repaired. They told me they would have to order the part. After a day I took it in to be repaired. When I picked it up the tech told me he broke the screen around the front camaera and he would have to order another screen. I took it back to be fixed again. I called the next day and was told there was a problem with the phone and he would have to have another tech look at it. This went on for about a week. Finally the phone was fixed. I was only charged for the original repair. They took care of the rest. They even offered a 20% discount on the repair (around $20). Service was great. Customer service was also very good. If I had to give a negative report it would be that they never would contact me when there was an issue, I always had to initiate the contact. Other than that I would gladly return to them for repairs.

Excellent from start to finish highly recommend. Service was fast and my phone was fixed back to brand new

10/10 service fixed my screen in 15 minutes and put a new screen protector so much cheaper than having to get a new phone.

I’ve been to this store about 4/5 times and each time they do amazing fast and reliable work! With the best prices I’ve been able to find.
And on top of that warranty which is huge! I came into today and got my iPhone 11 fixed again due to me being clumsy and Martin once again went above and behind and had my phone fixed up in a speedy time with a screen protector.

Great customer service. Gentlemen at the front suggested 30 minutes if it was what he thought it was and he nailed it, cheap repair! Got to keep all the pictures of my son. Thank you guys I will be seeing you in a couple months when my phone breaks again.
