Jeremy and Allan did a great job installing new furnace ac and new ducts. They made great recommendations, were neat and very courteous! Would definitely recommend them and Rightime Home Services!

No, not yet. Still getting quotes. I had someone to come out his named was Taylor to give me an estimate. I’m still checking around, but, Taylor was very pleasant, estimate was written, and, explained.

I called RIGHTIME to come service my aging A/C unit located on my roof. Martin who was my technician gave me a very informative review of what it would cost to repair certain items, but I chose to get a total new unit.

We had the pleasure of having Michael as our technician to help us figure out why our fridge kept tripping. He showed up right on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about our issue. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 20 min tops and even stayed a little longer to make sure it didnt trip again. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would definitely hire them again for just about anything! Thanks again!

After noticing trying to make an appointment at the beginning of COVID, I was told that Air Time was only responding to emergencies due to restrictions due to the virus. I understood that and I postponed for my regular maintenance visit as I was not having an emergency. Around that time I noticed that my credit card was not being charges and I assumed that like many other businesses, that Air Time was not charging on a monthly basis due to them not providing services for regular maintenance. At some point I did receive a past due invoice and I was confused. My mistake was thinking it was a clerical error since there was no possible way I owed for a service not rendered. In December I called to settle the issue after receiving another invoice with a higher amount. Never having had anyone to call me in person. Never being called to schedule an appointment to reinstate service after a few months of COVID. In December I was told someone would call me, but never did. Sometime after that I called again and instead clarifying the issue, I was told someone would call and the representative scheduled me for my regular maintenance. More that a year after my last visit from Right Time (and the reason I still thought I didn't have a past due amount). They came out and serviced my AC/furnace. I call later to pay and I'm told there's no balance due, but I am told my account was terminated. I am told I should speak with Magguie, but she was not available. I was finally able to speak to Magguie, who tells me she will pass the information to her manager, Lisa and that I should expect a call back. After a few days without a response, I call again and I am told Lisa went home for the day and I leave a message. No response again, so I called again today. This time I speak with Rosa who tells me I was terminated because I did not pay my past due amount (incurred during a year I did not receive service at all, after being told only emergencies were being taken, after being told to wait for phone call in multiple occasions). The analogy given was me being responsible to pay for a credit card balance when I go to the store.wait, who pays their credit card when they haven't bought anything? Not me! Then Lisa, the manager tells me it was my responsibility not only to have updated my card information (which I agree), but I guess she expects customers to distrust her own employees as she said they never stopped their services or minimized their contact with customers due to COVID, and it must have been ghost who came to service my AC 2 months ago because she doesn't know how that happened (My Ac unit was services after they claim my membership was terminated.another reason I though the issue was solved). Lisa stated she does not personally call customers, though, 2 other employees stated otherwise over the phone.
Anyway, I was a little upset at first until I realized I wouldn't lose anything by not having Air Time. Funny thing is. When my new AC/furnace was installed a few years ago (and I did go through Air Time), the person who installed it told me to never let this company into my home after having the unit installed.

Well, I guess that for having few staff members in that office, nobody really knows what the others are telling customers or maybe they just don't care. Now I can move on and have a great! ;)

I was having issues with me AC unit taking a very long time to cool. Martin was absolutely amazing! He was very informative and walked me through everything step by step. Showed me how everything functioned! Very trustworthy and honest!

We had the most pleasant and enjoyable technician to service our HVAC. His name is Rocky and I truly appreciated the explanations that he gave for the things that he was doing. He is very knowledgable and, it is evident, that he desires to do well at his job, not just for the moment, but as a career trade. Thanks so much for hiring this young man and for the great customer service that your company demands.

We recently requested a service call on our air conditioner. The service technician arrived in a timely manner. He introduced himself as Rocky Tremblay. A very pleasant young man. He quickly ascertained the problem and within a short time had our air conditioner up and running. Rocky was very polite and courteous. His attention to detail made me feel confident that there were no other issue other than the original assessment.
My opinion of Rocky is that he is a very confident, intelligent and knowledgeable young man. Rocky is and will be a tremendous asset to any company he works for.

Thank you for sending Rocky to our rescue.

I don't usually take time to write reviews, but I feel it is necessary in this case to advise (help) the public when seeking a good, reputable, reasonably priced company to resolve issues with home repair. I gave one star because I can't go lower, or negative. This company ranks at the bottom of the bottom feeders. The reasons are as follows: I called and got an appointment for recessed lighting issues in my kitchen. Four out of 6 lights did not light up, and I needed the problem diagnosed. I called and got an appointment between 10-2 for a $39.00 "trip fee" that is supposedly subtracted from the bill if they do the work.

The tech arrived about 12: 30 and was shown the issues I needed diagnosed. The tech was friendly; however, I was not impressed with his knowledge of electrical issues. The bottom line, in my opinion, is that he was guessing. He was actually more interested in 'UP SELLING" me LED lighting not only in the kitchen, but the whole house. He said that to test the system it would be about $350.00, which was outrageous. I did, actually, ask how much they would charge per light to convert to LED and was quoted $210 or so per light, another outrageous price! In my opinion. That appears to be the culture of this corrupt company. I would avoid this company, PERIOD! A total waste of time and money! I'll close with "CAVEAT EMPTOR, " buyer beware!

i did get my problem solved by an independent electrician. He diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes! I upgraded to LED lights for $40 per light. Great job! Avoid Right Time services at all costs!

I did call customer Service (corporate) and explained my concerns. She said she'd look into it and call back. Still waiting!

Miguel was well spoken, thorough and described exactly what services he would be conducting. He worked efficiently and effectively helped me know the issues with my AC units. This is my second time utilizing their services (last time was 6 years ago on another unit) and will continue to!

I thought for sure by having a tune-up on my air conditioning, that the company would try it to sell me a new air conditioner. The technician that came out was honest and sincere and got my air conditioner running just great. When the time comes that I do need an air conditioner, my first stop will be Rite Time. Jake needs a raise, he got us up and running with cool air after we were without it all day, great service, best technician ive had in a long time. Very good at explaining what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix the problem. Thanks rightime for hiring such a good tech.

Daniel came today to I service my air conditioning thermostat. He's very friendly professional and knowledgeable. I needed help with the light that burned out that was too high for me and he also took time to put in a new bulb. I am very thankful and grateful for the time he spent here.

Chris R is the best! My uncle is very sick and had major problems with the ventilation and Ac. He was very thorough in explaining the problems to us and after giving us several options he found us the best solution. The ductwork was replaced and the AC tuned up. It’s 72 degrees and I am a happy Client. Thank you Chris! And Rightime Team!

I would like to commend Danny H.for a job well done. He came out to my home and had to run a wire under the house to reconnect power to the contactor which was not easy under a mobile home but he did a great job. This technician covered all the troubleshooting techniques to get our A/C unit up and running. I highly recommend RTHS.
