Zev of Rincon Plumbing, Inc is the only TECH CLEAN CALIFORNIA certified plumber in Santa Barbara County and is thus able to apply great California state monetary incentives to reduce the cost of the purchase and installation of high - ranked Energy Star Heat Pump water heaters. He was polite, timely, personable and efficient even though he had to overcome some unusual installation problems of one of new 120v plugin HPWH which do not require a 240v line. I highly recommend him.
