Rio Acai Bowls

Really nice people, superb service. Acai bowls are "too die for! "
I have tried a few others in the area, and I keep coming back to Rio!

For my most recent experience, (9/23/23, -10: 45am) I found a whole new group of people working the store.
The new rewards system is not very well delivered and the "new" people behind the counter are not very well prepared to answer questions.
The staff should be offering explanations and assistance to customers about the change and how to sign up, use, redeem loyalty points. Instead, I got, "It's on the sign, you should have done that before you placed an order. There's nothing I can do for you now. " The person behind the counter clearly did not understand how to help and stammered through a loop of excuses to include. "I can't do anything because my wifi is down and my boss knows about it. "
I have never had an experience like this, in this place. Your customers like your product! Keeping them will be difficult if the help continues to be like this.
Visited today, prices are up 20%! That didn't feel good.

I absolutely love this place I had ordered on doordash the kimchi poke bowl and it was absolutely amazing fresh and flavorful. You get so much for your dollar worth every penny ty rio your doing great 10/10

Absolutely the best acai bowls you'll find. There just is no better. The fruit and everything else is always so fresh.
However, no smiles, no warm welcomes, it's like every question bothers them, etc.
We'll keep coming for sure, but it ain't for the customer service.
It user to be cleaner here also.

Describe "strive" to me, because this is a consistent issue, by my experience and others feel the same in other reviews. Training? Addressing the issue? Being a solid example?
And as others mentioned, we said "for here" when asked but then served to go.
I'm not trying to be rude, but if you were really striving to fix the customer service issue might need to reevaluate that.

I used to love coming here for the Poke Bowls, todays poke bowl felt as if I was eating expired rice, there was no flavor and I would not recommend to get the Poke Bowl at all. Not worth it!

My first time here. At first, I thought service was a bit slow but I think it simply had to do with arriving right at opening with a crush of others. Background music set a peaceful tone and was not loud. Food was excellent. We had Rio Bowls. I'll go back to this local business for sure.

It's a must visit in Fresno if you like acai. I've tried several acqis at other places this one gots a really nice consistency. They also serve ice coffee's and poke bowls. They remodeled and it looks wonderful too

I don't have a photo but this was my first time have an acai bowl and it was good. I ordered the Rio without coconut shavings. I really love the atmosphere, they offer outside seating. And the customer service was great. I will be returning.

Honestly, lately it’s just been awful service by Rio, the staff just doesn’t seem to care. Yes, on occasion they tend to care for other customers but whenever I show up with my family it’s always the same. I ask to eat here and they send us to go orders, I ask for protein and they literally poor the dry protein on top of the Acai Bowl. It’s supposed to be mixed in already, I’ve asked about this before and have been told it is supposed to be mixed yet they just throw it over the bowl. Now the big bummer, the scoops looks to be about a teaspoon full of protein yet charge. 50 for this as an up charge. Obviously it’s just. 50 but to pay that for a low quality protein powder and only do about 1/8 of an actual serving size and make people who may not know feel like it’s worth it is kinda ridiculous. This whole experience has just felt very prejudicial

Cute space and the açaí bowls are always super good! Service however depends on who’s working.sometimes it’s great, but other times when you walk in you feel like a bother, even when it’s slow (sort of like you interrupted something). Also just a little detail on rio’s doordash: no substitutions are available on the app and there is no option to remove an ingredient.big no no for individuals with allergens.it’s never a problem in store which i appreciate! But just a suggestion to the owner: update your doordash options please

First time coming here, was suggested by another. And can I just say they did NOT disappoint! It was so good! Plan to make a trip back to try the other things on the menu. Got a bowl for my 6 year old who also loved it.

Best Acai bowls in town! I usually go with the Brazilian. The poke bowls are good too with good servings.

Delicious poke bowls. Came in before work one day in a hurry & I let my cashier know I only had a few minutes to grab something don’t remember her name but she was very polite & said I’ll have it ready right now. 10/10 quality & service she literally took maybe 2 minutes best customer service skills

She was by her self early in the morning & still managed to give me my order in a reasonable time!

Excellent Acai Bowls. Poke's are hit and miss depending if it's fresh. Also need to get better on picking up phone.
