Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They are also very detailed with the care that they provide to their residents.

Wonderful staff, med techs, and nurses (Karen). Clean home feeling when you walk through the doors and Rio is always doing fun activities and outings. Attentive to patients needs and has great communication. Friendly loving staff!

I would definitely recommend Rio Las Palmas, the people are so caring at Rio.the residents are called by name, treated with respect and are happy to be there. My experience with all staff member's has been nothing but top notch. I enjoy seeing how happy residents are at Rio.karen and jennifer have done a great job helping my family stay on top of meds and making sure theyt stay on top of there appointments. I would highly recommend Rio Las Palmas to any one who is looking for a place to call home:)

Absolutely caring and dedicated staff. I have had a couple loved ones in this facility and hands down, the staff here has been the most attentive and caring to my loved one each and every time! I highly recommend Rio Las Palmas to anyone needing their loved one cared after for the staff is very caring, friendly and attentive to each patients needs. With being from Southern California I was truly nervous and anxious trying to find someone that cared for my family as I would, and Rio Las Palmas is the place by far! The nurses have been nothing but the best! Thank you Rio Las Palmas for showing me that my family is in great hands with your care!

The community at Rio Las Palmas is such a beautiful place. Each day is filled with fun activities. The team at Rio is truly amazing.

When it was time for my mom to choose an assisted living facility, the family was obviously worried. My mother was set in her ways and independent, but health wise it was time. She was at Rio Las Palmas for 4 years, and recently passed peacefully. I cannot express enough gratitude to this place for the compassionate care they provided, and the peace of mind the family had. The staff became her extended family, the food was good, and she thrived. When you walk in the accommodating lobby will grab your attention, and some fun activity will be happening.

I came to the Easter event to visit a friend. I truly enjoyed the food and activities. The staff was friendly and made an effort to include us in the activities. The inside is beautiful and extremely clean. Thank you to all at Rio Las Palmas for the spectacular event.

Health fair was great! So many venders with awesome resources. I was able to get a free health screening. I can’t express my gratitude, to all the staff. The food was so scrumptious, I couldn’t believe we had everything free. I will be looking into placing my grandparents here! Did I mention how clean and beautiful the interior is? If I could give more stars I would.
