Rio Nido Roadhouse

So fun! I own The Kosmic Kloset in Guerneville. We were invited to do our Tarot & Clairsentient Readings for the Mardi Gras celebration. We had such a great time! The band "Bourbon Street", was a blast! It felt like we were transported strait to the French quarter! Laughter, kindness & love flowed abundantly. Great food, drinks and lots of dancing ️ I highly recommend checking them out! PS did I mention this was on a Tuesday? Imagine how a Friday or Saturday would be. Multiply the fun by 10!

Fun Easter day brunch was ok but all the kids running around looking for eggs and then the firetruck made it a very special day! Thank you guys for putting so much work into the day!

We frequently pass this place on our way to the river. Today we got to experience its offerings. And they were really good. Best artichoke dip I've ever had and delicious steamed clams. The burgers were satisfactory but the pizza was fantastic. I can't wait to check out their specials.

I have pulled pork sandwich was very good and also we did the group riding from Fairfax to Rio nido

Great atmosphere, great beer selection and the food was also good. They had live by music on a Sunday afternoon and the best part is that it’s dog friendly.

Great food! Tri tip sandwich is a personal favorite. Takes a little long sometimes but the food makes it so worth the wait. I live in santa rosa but try to eat here at least once a week

Just found out that the roadhouse deletes the negative reviews. My significant other wrote a review which wasn’t even that bad and it was deleted the day after. It shows how much they value their customers opinion. If someone tries to explain what’s wrong you should take it into account that maybe something you do isn’t perfect. My stand on this restaurant still stands, I wouldn’t recommend ordering takeout because all you will get in return is soggy and cold food. I would recommend however their drinks and sitting down at the restaurant physically and ordering food. Doesn’t look good guys:/

If you are only ordering drinks, this place is okay. You dont want to order the food from here though. The quality of what you get is not worth the dollar you spend. Don’t get me wrong, i gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered here multiple times after my first bad food experience, but after getting a sandwich with a soggy bun, cold garlic fries (which btw didn’t even come with any garlic topping, just a bunch of unmelted shredded cheese) i couldn’t bring myself to go back.

Sitting outside and talking, drinking, good food decent prices. Excellent live music in the past. I hope to hear more great bands soon.

A treasure of west county! Great place to hear live music, watch the game, have a bite and a drink.

Really nice place in a beautiful area. The staff and owners are all amazingly friendly. My first time there, but I will definitely be back.

Come to the Rio Nido Roadhouse! It's here that you will enjoy great pub-style food, a good selection of beer and mixed drinks, friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, swimming pool and live music. - and it's all nestled sedately amongst the towering Redwoods and Sequoias.

Big place with live music on weekends. A dance floor. Food is good. Picnic tables and chairs with umbrellas placed about the outside. Surrounded by redwood trees. Also a swimming pool. Cool place to hang out and listen to music

Cute place tucked into some Redwoods along the Russian River. Just stopped for a beer. We didn't have any food.

We had a exception experience. Well attended event. The Soul Section, awesome band and kept that dance floor hopping. The staff and Owner; dedicated, efficient, friendly, helpful and caring. A well-oiled machine. Excellent teamwork. Very impressed and pleased. Food was delicious as ever. Had the clams and pesto and veggie pizza with sausage added. Thank you Roadhouse. Can't wait to do that again.

Great place to get some grub and swim surrounded by the woods! The river water quality wasn’t great on one day so it was nice to have another option. $10/day for swim pass but come after 4pm and it’s $7.

We played all day at the river, looking for a place that is open here on a Tuesday night that is kid friendly. So happy we found this place. The food and beverage totally hit the spot. We ordered our food, but because our kids were super hungry, I asked Julian (staff) to help us get the kids something fast and he totally took care of us. ALL the staff here were super friendly. I got the French Dip and it was delish. Our kids had the pizza and fries- and they liked it.

We've been going to the rio nido pool for the last 40 years and have loved taking my son and his friends and now I take my grand boys and their friends.
Back in the day it was a cheap way to spend the days. Now a days not so cheap 10 dollars per person for swimming.
But it is a good place to enjoy music on the weekends. You can take the whole family to the roadhouse young and old together and rock out.
