Not bad for the price.your not going to find anything cheaper the place is really quiet no drama. The manager is really nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if in between houses I stayed here 1 month while waiting to move into a apartment and had no problems or complaints. Location Is excellent the 99 freeway is rite next to the motel.also the other review states there room was loaded with mold the room I had there was no mold the room was clean.

It is not ideal for me, so much mold accumulation on the walls in the bathroom. Not to mention no manager on site at all when I came here it was so filthy I couldnt allow my kids to be in here, I went to buy sheets blankets ect. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE
