Dr. Chae Park is a miracle worker! I just finished law school, and when I arrived at his serene office several months ago, I was unable to walk. Due to a combination of factors (like having my office in a room that was slightly tilted, thus shoving all my weight to the right side of my body), the muscles around my right back dimple were so tight that I was literally bent over because I could not stand up straight. Every time I tried to take a step, my stomach screamed.

Within two sessions, I could walk again. First off, when you walk in, you feel like you've entered a spa. The aesthetic is calming and pleasing and there is light music gently playing in the background. You can immediately breathe and unwind.

Then Dr. Chae Park employs his various skills to treat your body. It's not just snap, crackle, pop. He carefully observes your energy lines and sees the layers of trauma and how things are misaligned. He then uses techniques like manual muscle manipulation (stretching), pressure point therapy, and the well-known cracking to relieve your pain.

If you're someone who has deep, chronic pain (maybe you're in manual labor, have some kind of medical condition, or were in doctoral school like me and working 16 hours a day 7 days a week and constantly straining every fiber of your being), you will absolutely benefit from repeated visits. And that's because Dr. Chae Park works through the layers of trauma that have built up over years. You can't just snap crackle pop that out in one session.

So if you are someone who has deep-rooted musculoskeletal issues, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He saved my body and honestly, at certain points, my soul.

I have now gone to Dr. Chae 10+ times, and he has truly changed my life. I am a traveling nurse, who upon arrival to the city was having daily back pain for close to a year without a series of other chiropractors being able to improve my pain or quality of life. This situation had been so defeating for me because I have been an athlete and healthy with no injuries my entire life, and this battle had been going on for so long and I didn't even know why. His adjustments are different than the majority, he works to clear energy pathways and find tension areas to focus on. He has shown me just how connected emotional and physical pain are to my healing. He has said so many profound statements to me that have really helped me understand how to continue healing in between sessions. He isn't going to give you a set of exercises to do for the next week, it's so much better than that (since I can do that with google) he will give you the tools and knowledge to know the lifestyle changes you choose daily that will actually make a lifelong impact. He has taught me so much about my body awareness and learning to become grounded. He has a very calm presence about him with what I would call this easy fluid knowledge of the body that he conveys with a very non-assuming confidence. He has also adjusted me more precisely and deeper and so many more variations than I have ever experienced anywhere else. In order for our muscles to be relaxed when he adjusts us, he isn't going to say "I'm adjusting now" so know that and understand WHY. I am very confident in his expertise, and am terrified already of when my assignment ends in this city and I have to leave. My pain has been better every single visit, and this last week has been the first I have woken up without back pain, and it feels incredible.

Easy to find and parking on site which is a great help in San Francisco.

I've been in the field of spiritual, mental and emotional health / healing for 35 years. I am super discerning about who I work with. Chea is the real deal. A true healer. He helped me unlock parts of my body / emotions that I haven't been able to access through other modalities. Very deep, core work. No mind in the way, just the art of his healing. I felt a dialog between his hands and the tight places in my body. My sense is his intuition knows exactly how to work with each person where they need help. I will be going back for more.

Make an appointment. You will be grateful that you did.
