The ice cream here is very good. However I quite bothered by the misspelling of the word "right". They spelled it "rite" instead of "right. "

How can you have a pharmacy and no bathroom? People with medical conditions come in all the time, some who actually need access at a moment's notice.lame

Edit: the only thing you can do to appease me is open the bathrooms. Doesn't take Twitter to understand that

Wanted to by a scoop of ice cream. Cashier talked to the customers like forever seems like about everything in the world, so they don’t care about other people in line behind. Waited for too long. I just had to leave.

I've come here at least once a week for the past 8 years, and I can say the staff is very helpful and nice. Shannon, Jordan, Randy, and the rest of the Belmont Shore rite aid team really make an effort to remember you. You'll usually end up with extra ice cream on your cone, but if you're looking for alcohol, you're out of luck.

I had one item to check out. First she asks do you want to enter your phone number with an rude attitude. I asked her is this on sale? Then she rung the item up real fast. I asked her to wait to see if I would get a discount.

Then she tells me it's too late. I asked for a refund and she started call other customers in front of me. Turned into a big situation. Then in her attempt to annoy me she started winking her eye at me.

The item ended up not being on sale. And she gave me incorrect change.

Ljai has weird behavior a true hateful & sad person. Looking to waste time and has no value or respect of my time.

Jordan is the best and I wish she was at every Rite Aid location that I've shopped at in the past. She has that warm but humble vibe about her that makes my sometime hectic trips to the drug store a more relaxed and easier experience that is homelike in comparison.

I appreciate everything you do and your level of service, interaction with the customers and skill level by far superceeds your title needlesstosay and as an experienced operations manager in my past histories employment, I would hold onto you and made sure not to lose the perfect employee that sets the standard of quality for the brand and company itself.

I am sure the community of Belmont Shores would agree with me and I do thank you and appreciate you.

Don't get me wrong, there are great employees here, however, some of them crossed the line of decency and, frankly, do not belong in retail.
