4 Rite aid pharmacyowner, a year ago I bragged about the service from the pharmacist and pharmacy techs. Unfortunately, the service when down drastically to 0, and the pharmacy staff was doing a lot of mistakes several times, when we address the issue, the pharmacist's manager gave us an attitude several times. Until the point that we called corporate to complain, but nothing was done. I wanted to change all my prescriptions since I was fed up with the mistakes, rudeness, and carelessness until I finally did, now at the new place is much easier, and happy to see happy faces.
So sad that being a customer for more than 17 years and thanks to the poor management Rite aid lost my entire family business.

Came in today in 90 degree weather to buy an ice cream cone only to be met by the extreme attitude of a worker who said the freezers were not working. Disappointed by the entire experience and will never return.
The services are terrible, two ladies works there on Sunday are having the worse attitude and extremely unprofessional. My advise to yall please don't go there as you deserve much better. I made the change of my primary pharmacy after the horrible experience.
