Was waiting for over an hour for a prescription that was only supposed to take 20 minutes to fill

I love Rite Aide but this location is well known for its slow cashiers. They have self service machines but they’re always down and they only take cards.

The employees were very helpful I love going to this Rite Aid and I will continue to go and I recommend others to go too this location I love it.

First call I was put on hold…second call Erica picked up and was super nice plus very professional and helpful. Guess it depends on how you treat people is how your treated. If you go to this pharmacy thinking your special and entitled then that’s where the problem surfaces…try alittle CLASS, it goes a long way.

Worst services, I order a medication over the counter that my daughter need it. Heard nothing from the store called them back after three hours since online the store promises to take at least two hours to confirm order. Got rude services over the phone and finally I got a reply that they were not taking orders online at the moment because they were busy, I told them that if they were not taken order why was I able to order things online three hours before with no communication that my orders were cancelled. As I was speaking to the manager finally I got an email that it was cancelled and a minute later I get the manager pretending to look for the items telling me that they couldn’t be found and that he will cancelled it. I got two different cancellation email at different times by this store. Terrible services by rite aid advertising that they will get your items in two hours or they will let you know specially when dealing with medication for children

This is our Rite Aid as a frequent consumer at this store I give suggestions to make things better and they have been heard by management and store staff alike.
There are things that could be better but getting mad at the staff is not the solution.
Call Rite Aid Corporate Office, contact the District Manager all stores have one. Theft is a big problem in this store I say lock up everything get some service bells hire a few extra staff and take our store back from these people

If it wasn’t for the convenience of the store I would never shop here. The lines are always long, the store is never stocked, the glass is dirty when you walk into the store, and lastly there is this guy at the pharmacy counter that is incompetent and doesn’t know how to do his job. This store needs a major retraining. If I was the district manager this store, I would have the store manager in this store every day cleaning it up and training the staff. Facts, no shade.

I dont understand why they have 3 self check out machines and every time i come their not in use. Please fix this long lines all the time

Thanks for being open late and for having friendly staff. Would come again because store was well lit and had products I was looking for. 10/10 stellar service.
