Latina woman at counter was racist, refuse to serve white female, causing argument over nothing. EMPLOYEE OBVIOUSLY HAS BAD ATTITUDE.

Excellent customer service, fabulous, kind and knowledgeable pharmacists and staff. Great location and very clean.

I moved from another pharmacy to this pharmacy because the ladies here got my medicine and were not yelling at me like the other tretheaning me not to give it to me like other pharmacist. Since I moved, I have but courtesy and attention. I know they get very busy and very tired, but I also know they got one of the ladies to open or fix another pharmacy on her own. This is the issue. Once they had managed the pharmacy and they were good, they took one of them in a promotion and made it difficult for both again. There are many factors juggling to get things going, we also need to be patient. The pharmacy is great, they may take some time, but they dont treathen you with not giving you the meds. These are very nice people. They are overworked and underpaid. Let's give ghem a break and an applause fir such a wonderful wirk of putting up with all kinds of people abd still manage to smile and be kind to us ehen we are in a bad mood.

Krittya is the best pharmacist at Rite Aid.
She has managed the pharmacy for years and is always so knowledgeable, helping, and caring.

The Pharmacy took forever and it wasn’t busy. There were two girls there and they spent more time talking to each other then helping. Myself and another customer waited 40mims to get our booster shots and we had appointments! And these ladies never once checked up on us nothing, one customer asked her how much longer and the lady said I don’t know sir. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID GOING HERE!

Rite aid is notoriously bad for allowing customers to open and use makeup and put the makeup items back on the shelf without buying it. Several times I have bought makeup and realized the product has been opened and used or halfway empty. I’m tired of buying used products and will be buying my beauty products from cvs from now on. Cvs is better at monitoring the beauty section and actually securing the beauty products so that disrespectful shoppers don’t tamper with product

Amazing store workers there are very politely & always greet you when you walk in, every time I go everything seems to be in order & find what I’m looking for would definitely recommend this Store.

There's a person there that doesn't seem to be very happy with their job her name is tatiana unfortunately she doesn't realize that she's one of the phases of the store. When she was asked to come to the cashier she couldn't have moved slower when she was asked for directions she delivered them as if you were stupid for not knowing where things are.
