Rite Aid, Tustin CA

Today as I was walking by with my daughter there was a gentleman who was really desperate in asking for help. None of the employees were there they would tell him to go with the pharmacist or to someone else. Nobody wanted to help him I stayed inside the store for 30 minutes searching to buy my personal stuff and the gentlemen was there before I even came to the store. As we walked out 45 minutes to assist him they shouldn't be playing with the customers like that. Customer service

Felt rushed by the female pharmacist, I couldn't even ask her my follow up question because she kept repeating what she said with a condescending look. Horrible experience.

Love Tim in the pharmacy. He is very professional, and has a great sense of humor.
I enjoy shopping in the store because the items are fantastic and reasonable. Keep up the great work.

Very bad customer service never have what I’m looking for poor quality products employees very rude and have attitude when ask questions they tell people to pay only in cash because the system it’s down I will never buy at this particular store every time it’s worst they should close the store for good it sucks and they don’t allow customers to use the restroom

This pharmacy doesn’t let you use the restroom, kids and elderly people there. Such a bad experience.

I go to this pharmacy and because of the pharmacist, Tim, who makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to help me understand things, I shop there as well.
