Venus, the pharmacist or manager as she calls herself, is a horrible person with a bad attitude. You are not in India to treat people like that. Every time my doctors office sends my prescription to your pharmacy, I get disgusted

Why do you have such an attitude? Where is the management at the Rite Aid to deal with sick people like her?

I was really hoping the racial profiling complaints was attributed to some disgruntled shoppers. Unfortunatly, the claims are true.

The older lady pharmacist Sakita is extremely rude. I overheard her making jokes to the tech about me. She didn't see me sitting in the chairs waiting for my prescription. It was extremely unprofessional, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I attempted calling beforehand but was hung up on multiple times and had to come in to get my prescription filled. I had to wait 40 minutes to get my prescription.

I was racially profiled via being followed out of the store to an opposite end of the shopping center by Sarah. Although, when I was in the store I asked her two times to direct me to the perfumes/body mists because I was on the phone (distracted) and stood in line to pay before realizing the self checkout kiosk that was enough for her to assume that I was stealing. She made me feel uncomfortable in the fact that she followed me to the opposite end of the shopping center (on the clock), watched me for lord knows how long and only left when I finally noticed her. I offered her the opportunity to check my work bag as I had to carry it inside because I ubered to the store and provided my receipt to prove my innocence. She brushed me off as if she wasn’t accusing me because she knew she had been undignified in her claims and ignorant. I understand the area is a predominantly white area but I deserved the same shopping experience as any other shopper. I will NEVER recommend any person to visit this store and I will be in contact with corporate.

This place is terrible. My friend got racially profiled at this store by manager Sarah. My friend paid for her things, offered to show Sarah the receipt when she was getting accused of stealing, and was still shown a disgusting amount of disrespect. Sarah did not even take a chance to look at the proof of purchase she was providing. My friend is so trustworthy and to be shown this kind of treatment is so disappointing. Do better rite aid and Sarah.

I am in pain and bleeding from my mouth after dental surgery and the pharmacy with no one else in line; it ended up taking over 30 minutes to fill pain medication and medicated mouthwash? They are the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

You have to hassle the pharmacy staff to fill prescriptions. Communication isn't efficient.

Was just completely ignored by the pharmacy. I hobbled up to the window on my crutches and stood there for 10 minutes watching dude label bottles. He finishes finally, glances at me and announces to the staff that he's going on break.

The worst place to get a prescription, called several times only to be told "we're waiting for a call back", I call the Dr office to have it straightened out, and have them send a new script all together, and still to be told there's nothing they can do, there still waiting for a call back. I've seen this with so many patients here, turned away after seeing them argue the point of having been without there meds for several days, this is for my MIL, she has been out for several days and been dealing with this prior to her being out of meds and it's infuriating that this particular location can't get there act together
