Rite Aid, Perris CA

Love Rite Aid especially the Perris one, because It's My Town store and they still have the Thrifty's ice cream that I love so much.

Never pick up the phone when you call the pharmacy seems like a joke and that there’s even a number you can call to attempt to reach someone at the pharmacy

I'm standing here in line everybody's busy doing their task each one looked at me and not one acknowledge me.poor customer service.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the costumer service. Lady with reddish faded hair and broken glasses was rude. To top it off I waited for and hour or so for a prescription just to come back to say they only have one medicine. Also, they won’t have it until Friday. Come to mind it’s Wednesday and my little one is real sick. Not only did I wait, they could have at least let me know they didn’t have it in stock or were running out. Sounds like they can’t tell when their inventory will run out. Even then, let others know ahead of time so they don’t wait there or can get it else where. When I canceled one of the prescriptions I remember I had another medication and was about to tell the red headed woman, yet she talked over me as she knew what I was about to say, but she didn’t. She Could’ve said sorry and have a good night. She’s part of customer service even if she is a pharmacist, by handing out the prescriptions, handling money, and people. I think they need better training on that part.

Becky is her name and to tell you she is a Gem is an understatement. She helped me with 3 issues in two weeks. Becky went out of her way to make calls and get me statements during a bad bout of covid of my entire family.
She isn't at Rite Aid just for a pay check. Becky takes her job whole heartily, seriously, with compassion and always with a heart warming smile.
Becky is an asset to Rite Aid. Rite Aid be aware of her work ethic and reward her for her hard work and above all becuse I watched her interaction with other people who approached her and she was as sweet and helpful to us all no matter what our station in life.
Good work Becky. You are one in a million.
