My experience with Terrie the cashier left me feeling unwanted. You would think someone who gets hired to sit behind the register all day would be more polite and helpful. I have heard about rude employees at this store before but for the first time I experienced it for myself.
Nice ladies here at the pharmacy! I get greeted “have a nice day! ” at the door, too, when I am leaving. Happens more than once. Nice location too, right next to ups and dollar tree. Only reason why I’m not giving. 5 stars is because the pharmacy ladies sometimes are very short with me. Other than that, this place is cool. I don’t even blame them! Lol.
The staff at the pharmacy are Rude & Need to be spoken to By management on how to speak to patients, I think it has a lot to do mainly with patients who are on Pain Medication Ect…. It’s really Not their issue or problem, those on certain medication need to be treated respectfully just like the rest who aren’t on Pain or Anxiety medication, and on top of that they don’t have have all your meds at once they try to give you only half and then the other half a few days later just doesn’t make any sense, So please Management Respectfully I’m sure a lot of Us would like to see a change with your staff and if Not I Will be calling the BBB to file a complaint
Constantly having issues filling my prescriptions on time. I have a condition that constantly needs to be checked with medication. They always give me an attitude and NEVER answer their phone. I have gotten text alerts 4 days ago claiming my medication was ready for pickup i been going to the pharmacy everyday since then they say "it will be ready tommorow". I dont know if thats their way of getting me out of the store just so they dont have to deal with me or they just dont care. Well 4 days later my medication still is not ready. This rite aid used to be great but i guess i will be taking my buisness else where, where i feel cared about as a patient.
Pharmacy is awful, from Communicating all the way to picking up your Meds. I don't know if it's because there under staffed, taking to many breaks or just Lazy. But there's just no excuse for a patient having a major procedure to need to wait 3 whole days after the Doctor has sent the orders prior to surgery for meds.
And still after calling when I was discharged they only had 3 medications out of the 7 that I need for blood clots, stomach pain, etc. Very frustrating. I could elaborate more on my experience there but I just hope they do better overall or find a different day job. Going to call soon to see IF they can work on the rest of my meds. That I needed yesterday.
I wait on the second line for over 20 minutes then when it’s my turn to receive my medicine, they said the medicine did not fit in the tube and they let me wait inside on the line another 20 minutes to get my medicine
I have used Rite Aid for at least 40 yrs and stayed with them even when I moved to another town. I have been very pleased with the service I’ve received.
Pharmacy does not pick up. They only hang up. They should at least have the respect of answering and saying “can you please hold” if they are busy, not just pick up and hang up.
I scheduled a CoVid booster at 3: 00pm. I arrived at 2: 55 and was told it would be a 30 l minute wait, as the pharmacist needed to go to lunch. She didn't actually leave until 3: 11, returned at 3: 30 and I wasn't seen until almost 4: 00pm.
Pharmacist and the staff were great, but the pharmacy is woefully understaffed. Considering the demand on a weekend they really should schedule more staff, particularly pharmacists.
I dont know what these negative reviews are about? I did my covid vacs here, Perfect, fast and friendly experience The Parm Techs are knowledgable, fast and give you undivided attention. Just called in a refill as this is now my new Pharmacy. I wish I rememebered her name, Great service and answered a bunch of insurance questions I had. Maybe its not them Its YOU guys who left neg feedback Ya get what u give Know what I mean.
