Rang the bell no one came. Found someone and they said in a bit. I waited 15 minutes and finally just left

So disorganized and they take forever to get the medicine you need. I called yesterday and they said it would be ready today so I called today and they said it won’t be ready until tomorrow. Each pharmacist gave me a different answer.

Today, I accidentally cut my hand deeply, and the young woman at the cash register provided me with significant assistance. She emanated a positive aura and demonstrated exceptional helpfulness.

Need to do better! 40 people in line for the pharmacy and 1 cashier. Ridiculous. They are over worked and under payed.

Racist manager! I came here to return items I bought last week that I never used and unfortunately lost the receipt for. Rite Aid policy allows returns without receipt as long as you have original form of payment, which is great.

Carrie, who happens to be the manager, yelled at me, in front everyone around the cashier, and said that they recently had a shoplifting incident and that she won’t refund my items… implying that im somehow responsible for that. Looking at other reviews of this branch I can assume it’s because I’m visibly Arab/Muslim.

I've been going here for many years. The employees are always very helpful and polite. The store our always clean.

Says they open at 8am but I got here at 815am not open yet they should update their store hours if they honor the ones posted on the door 0 stars in my opinion

Horrible customer service, I was there yesterday I bought ice cream I paid immediately after the cashier gave me the Ice cream, I bought a couple things and when it was our turn to get help by the other cashier, didn't want to help us, cause her shift was over, I understand but his manager was there and told her to help us, so she helped us in a bad mood, and she pointed on my boyfriend in a very rude way, asking him if he pay for the ice cream, and I answered.yes we paid it already, I got a little bit up set to be honest, but I didn't say nothing else, but the cashier thought I didn't speak Spanish, because look Indian and my boyfriend is Indian punjabi, so she said in Spanish in a very sarcastic way to the other cashier, So why I have to help this customers with a ugly bad face? Omg really? I can't believe she just said that. I told my boyfriend let's go in Spanish and they got surprised and started laughing crazy in a very stupid way like little making fun of us, so disrespectful. Dear manager you need a better customer service talk to your employees please.yesterday the incident happened around 5 pm with a tall Hispanic lady blonde hair, she's rude. 11 16 2022.

Bad service at the Pharmacy, they never talked to me about going for my medicine, much less bad service for the renewal of medicines. I'm definitely going to change pharmacies.

I Get A Prescription In The Pharmacy, So I Deal With Them Every Month. They Are ALWAYS NICE, KIND, CONSIDERATE, &ALWAYS A HOT TO TALK TO.

My car was broken into, I was only in the store for 5 minutes. I couldn't even get the managers attention, his reply was that it happens everyday and too often to count, he didn't care. I talked to security, he didn't care, only one camera, it was only pointed at the door and he didn't care, because it happens every few minutes.

Contacted corporate, they didn't care, they had the manager call me, he didn't care, more important to spend 10's of thousands of dollars painting the store than providing adequate security and take care of the well being of their customers.

Always clean and organised. Great staff. The thrifty ice cream counter is closed at this time. 7/10/20

If i could give them zero stars I would. They mess up prescriptions very often, even if the doctor requests the prescription to this pharmacy they can never find it or say I am supposed to pick it up at another pharmacy. It is not the first time and not with the same doctor. They always say I've never picked up medication with them but I've had them as my primary until today. I am not sure if they just get the insurance billed for the meds and then dont refill it and pretend the costumer is wrong. They just waste your time and your doctor's.

Pharmacy has horrible customer service. When calling about your prescription they are terribly rude. Although there was only ONE pleasant lady I talked to there, this was my first and last time at this pharmacy.
