Rite Aid, Gridley CA

On weekends pharmacy closes at 6pm. Would be nice if it stayed open the same all week. Got out of ER for gallstones. Needed pain meds and could not get them till next day, not good at all.

They ID for Tylenol totally pathetic policy to have go to CVS, safeway, or Savmore instead in Gridley CA 10/31/23.

They know my pers scription is due and they never order enough I always run out and go thru withdrawal last month I had to pay cash it's very expensive and medi cal has switched the kind they pay for so I had to buy just a little bit 48$ till it switched over

Passport photos taken here were rejected by the gov. Too dark, staff don’t know what they’re doing despite insisting they’re experts with the camera from the 90s. Go elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff have always had excellent customer service skills. They are informative, patient, kind, friendly, easy to work with even with their high pressure job. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Thank you for doing such an outstanding job for me on every visit.

They keep shorting medications. Someone is probably stealing them. Very very rude pharmacy staff.

First they shorted us pills. Then they gave my son the wrong dose of Prozac. Could have killed him. NOW they almost just gave my daughter 3x the dose of covid vaccine. I asked if it was the child's dose.to make sure. They straight up looked my 3rd grader in the eye and said.isn't she 14? These folks are dangerous.

The lady that works in the pharmacy is so Rude I believe her name is Gaby. Horrible customer service.

The only reason I keep going to this pharmacy is because of the workers especially Anthony What a good guy and a helpful dude.he needs a raise in pay. Thanks Anthony for being you.
