Pharmacist Illiana Very rude and slow, Illiana didn’t want to run my insurance and was trying to charge me $200! If she didn’t want to work here she shouldn’t have applied for a job she doesn’t wanna do!

Here we go again yesterday around noon I brought the prescription of medication for my daughter they gave me.at the pharmacy they said they were going to call me in an average of one hour. Well after more than 25 hours they haven't called So I decided to come to this pharmacy and I've been waiting for the prescription for over half an hour and not Wow is ready What service! And I will never come back here. I am going to ask you to change me to another pharmacy, all the RIte Aid are the same worse bad.service! Goodbye

Bueno después de más de 25 horas no han llamado Así que Decidí venir a esta farmacia y llevo más de media hora esperando que me den la prescripción y no está lista Wow Qué servicio! Y Jamás voy a volver a regresar Aquí voy a pedir que me cambien a otra farmacia, todos lo los RD son igual pesimo servicio! Adiós

Where do i start? PE () PLE steal A L () T in HERE. It's very unfair for these security guards Lamont, Alondra, Mike, Maria and others. Even at times Ride Aid workers to have to step in and assist, watching potential thieves. The store is too big, to have one security guard to oversee everything. HIRE M () RE GUARDS. Y () U WANT, I THINK and definitely NEED Y () UR CUSTOMERS TO FEEL SAFE. Nubio and a couple of others, I don't know their names or I forgot are ok, can be better. Some aren't G () () D at giving consistent G () () D or GREAT SERVICE. Again, i don't know their names. But I know them by face. When I FIND OUT, i will fix this. The workers who I prefer to deal with are David and the assist.mgr, Jacobson. Also put PAPER TOWElLS in the BATHR () () M and MAKE SURE THEIR IS SOAP every hour or sooner. Last thing when 10 or more customers or in line OPEN UP ANOTHER CHECKSTAND. The long lines should demand that at least 3 checkstands should be opened at ALL TIMES. Y () U don't want customers to feel like they are waiting in line longer than they work at their J () B. The workers, who haven't acquired enough people skills. Put those workers in the back. Where they don't have to deal with any customers. They don't need to be working around the customers. They L () () K BAD. And they make Ride Aid L () () K bad and they shouldn't BE HERE.

The staff is wonderful - there just needs to be more of them. I feel bad for them every time I'm there.

For some odd reason this Rite Aid has the longest line ever! Seriously every single time I come here.

In this store there is no natural products all products of long shelf life useless shop! There is no living organic produce!

I usually just go to this one for ice cream. They tend to be generous with their scoops. Only negative might be you usually have to go pay afterwards I in the regular line which can be slow.

The pharmacy never has anything ready, this is the 4th time out of 5 times I've been here that my prescription is not ready more than 7 Days past when my doctor sent them my prescription. Never stepping foot in a rite-aid again.

The foolish security, a young, peculiar, hispanic, I believe sets off the alarm on purpose. Everyone seems okay. Management needs to reprimand or replace him otherwise the store is going to lose customers.

Employees STOLE my phone and were on camera stating they had it, store manager even reviewed security footage and said they still had the phone yet Rite Aid corporate denies any responsibility of the theft by its employees.

This place has been under staffed for at least 3 years. Look at this crap. Cmon now. There will not be a time where u come here and not expect a huge line.
