Rite Aid Pharmacy, San Jose CA

Jose was a very nice worker. He provide me with excellent customer service. He was very helpful.

I went in to get my prescriptions (They have drive-thru service too.) and ended up shopping for awhile. The store looks clean, their selection of merchandise was enormous and the customer service was impeccable. The best part of it all was meeting Rich, the store manager. He went above and beyond to help me find items and even served me their delicious ice cream! If Rite Aid could clone him, they would never have any upset customers again. He certainly knows how to do his job. I was impressed by his willingness to stop what he was doing, in order to help me. Kudos to Rite Aid for having excellent personnel like Rich! I live in Campbell and there are closer stores to me but it's so worth it, to go out of my way, just to talk with Rich, as he made my day! Thanks for having great people like him!

This store has a little bit of everything you will ever need. Adriana was very helpful pointing out where the magic markers were.also picked up some seeds to plant in my garden.an awesome, clean store with helpful staff.

Pharmacy told us to be here before 2 before the pharmacist goes on lunch. Got there at 1: 51. The pharmacist is gone already. So now we have to wait till she gets back.

Always greeted when I arrive. Employees are friendly. I like picking up my Amazon Packages there.

The Pharmacist is rude and makes you feel like you legitimately did something wrong. I'm switching pharmacies.

A word to the Pharmacist- It is not good to believe you are a god.

I had high hopes, however last time i used the med drive through there was a car full of people doing lab work in front of myself and 5 other cars that we all had to wait roughly 30 minutes behind, in the drive through because of this one car full of people doing this. You are supposed to go inside for tbis type of service but they still just let them do it. When i pulled up he had me wait 10 more minutes because he had to clean up the biohazard mess from it all before he could spend 45 seconds with me to hand me my meds.

The kicker is I just went in there around 2: 45 on September 24th yesterday and she tried to give me someone elses medication! I told them I dont know what this medication is, she seemed incredibly confused and it turns out it was because she looked up the entirely wrong person and tried to give me their medication instead! Also, the entire time she had a terribke attitude acting like i was the one who was wrong.really? IM PRETTY SURE I KNOW WHAT MEDICATION I AM TAKING!

Something like this is not only ILLEGAL, it is also DETRIMENTAL IF AN ELDERLY PERSON DOESNT REALIZE AND GETS HANDED THENWRONG MEDS AND THEY TAKE THEM! HOW IS THIS OK? ! WHO OWNS THIS PLACE?

GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR MEDICATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO POTENTIALLY GET SOMEONE ELSES MEDICATION AND GET SERIOUSLY HURT FROM TAKING THE WRONG MEDICATION!

Every day it also seems like this stores review star rating keeps dropping.tells you simething!

This pharmacy is way under staff, they make you wait for extremely long time to prepare your prescriptions.

If your 80 years old and shop here be prepared to shuffle through your purse or wallet to show ID just to buy cough syrup. This place lacks common sense and is run by clearly unskilled help.
