Ritual Acupuncture is my go to place for natural healing. Benn is the body worker who helps me more than any doctor can! I encourage anyone who wants a great massage or healing power for their rotator cuff, back or neck pain to give him a try. Reasonable prices for the absolute magical healing!

Dr. Joel is amazing! I was skeptical of acupuncture but I was in so much pain, figured it doesn't hurt to try. Definitely made me a believer in the practice! Dr. Joel Moncada was with me every step of the way guiding a healthy flow of energy for me physically and mentally, and our growing baby! From preconception, through gestation, to labor inducing. He addressed all of my issues as they arose, from carpal tunnel, indigestion, hemorrhoids, various pains throughout my body, and most importantly supporting a healthy pregnancy.

The team is all hands on and exudes good energy. From personal greetings when I arrive to the office, to text message reminders, bringing me tea to relax, and calmness during treatments, the team maintains caring professionalism.

Pregnancy and child birth is a mix of the most joyful yet scariest experiences. I am thankful for our support team at Ritual Acupuncture who listened to our needs, took care of, and informed us well enough so we could make the best health-related decisions for my pregnant self and our baby.

Ben is truly talented at restoring and healing the body! I went in for shoulder/neck pain that I had been experiencing for months from the beginning of this quarantine. In one hour, Ben isolated the affected area and managed to release and remove the toxins in my shoulder/neck. I am happy to report that the pain in the neck/shoulder has not returned. But I will be returning to Ben for a twisted ankle that needs some attention and care.thank you Ben!

When I decided to try it, I realized how much of it wasn’t hocus pocus but medical practice that has been around for centuries because it really does work. Times I have gone in with such a stiff neck from RSI, and he is able to get the region in distress on its way to being restored. I cant tout this place enough.

First and foremost, this is such a long and overdue review but definitely worth reading! I initially started coming to see Dr. Joel for acupuncture regarding my menstrual cycle and fertility concerns. A little backstory: I had some concerns with my menstrual cycle (short and scanty) and I knew my body was off since I never had issues before. In addition, my hubby & I started trying to conceive for a year and nothing happened. I was a bit taken back by all this, considering I was only 27 and healthy. I decided to take an holistic approach to help with my menstrual cycle and our fertility journey. I started seeing Dr. Joel February 2019 (Valentine's Day week) a couple times a week and the rest is history! I ended up finding out I was pregnant around February 25th and I 100% believe this was because of Dr. Joel. Dr. Joel is hands down the best doctor I have ever worked with and I wish he was my primary physician lol. He actively listens to your needs and genuinely cares about his patients. His personality is awesome and he gives off such amazing vibes. Also, I can't forget about his staff because they are all a reflection of him and amazing as well! Ritual Acupuncture is beyond amazing and I can't wait to come back when we start planning for baby numba TWO!

After being unsuccessfully treated by Kaiser, I found Dr. Joel. From my first visit, he has spent so much time listening and helping – emotionally and physically. As soon as I walk in the door, there is a sense of calm and I can breathe deeply and relax. The entire staff are kind and caring – you will be well taken care of at Ritual Acupuncture.

If you haven’t had acupuncture before, most needles you barely feel and some have the slightest pinch. Dr. Joel will tell you to breathe into any points that might be felt more. If you feel at all uncomfortable, Joel will make adjustments to make sure you are ok. After a treatment I am so relaxed and the next day there is noticeable improvement.

Joel incorporates herbs/supplements into his practice for a whole-body wellness experience. He is an amazing healer - I am beyond lucky to have found Joel and thankful for his practice.

Dr. Joel and staff are amazing! He really knows his work and healed my pain from a 100% painful injury down to 30% in just 4 sessions! (still doing treatments) I love him! He's great and very personable. He really checks the area first and finds where he needs to put the needles and how deep to put them. He's very thorough and does his assessments well. This man really knows his holistic work! I'm very impressed with Dr. Joel and very happy and relieved. Kudos!

Dr. Joel is very intuitive and knew exactly where my stresses lay. After recently just my first session. I have never felt more positive and uplifted, also extremely relaxed! If anyone feels the need to heal, don’t wait! This place is amazing and Dr. Joel is an extremely good listener! Also don’t feel bad that you might need more sessions than just one. Healing takes time. I might even go for another!

The entire experience was fabulous. Clean, calming, professional, relaxing and a must do. I usually get accupuncture and cupping. They do a moving cupping that helps so much. The accupuncture helps a great much with deep pain and movement pain issues. Great Everytime I go!
