What a nice laundry! The machines, dryers and tables are all shiny and new. I like that you can select a second rinse cycle for a little more money. The drums of the dryers are all smooth - no snags. The place was spotless, and people there were friendly and helpful. Supplies and snacks are all available.

I agree the redo is amazing! I was a customer prior to as well. I don't mind the cost for new machines and the convenience of the place never being super busy. There are always machines available. HOWEVER, the restroom is always locked when I'm here and not available to customers. No Bueno! -2 stars.

Recently started going back here. Still never super busy, which I love. And.the restroom hasn't been locked! I actually met the current owner and his uncle, both nice people. Thanked me for coming and made sure to share the wifi password. They even guard their customer parking on weekends when Roosters draws the brunch crowd. I was able to park right in front as usual. Great experience!

New washers and dryers, clean facility, charming neighborhood. $3.75 - $9.75 to Wash, 25 cents for 5 minutes to dry. Plenty of parking at the door.

Brand new machines. No crowd. Fair price. No seating which is no big deal. Can just sit in the car or go to Roosters and have breakfast and a mimosa.

Standard laundromat- nothing exceptional. No attendant when we came, wifi was not public. Has ATM and coin machine. Fox News playing on the TV- no from me. Restroom was fine and clean. No outlets if you want to do anything else. Wash was $4.75 for 3 loads (has machines for 2 & 4 loads also. Dryer was $. 25 for 6 minutes, dryer was fast. 2 foldout chairs but otherwise no place to sit. Quiet though which is nice.

I like the fact that this is a newer laundromat with new machines and it’s in a relatively quiet shopping center compared to the other laundry places around Sacramento that are in busy loud areas. I also like that there’s good ventilation with the front and back doors left open. However I’m wondering how well this facility is staffed - I rarely see anyone working here in the office. And it doesn’t appear to get well-cleaned daily. The same dirt and garbage (Discarded coffee cups on the folding tables for example and same dirt along the baseboards. Seriously, it’s the same clumps of dirt.) are in the same locations two days in a row. I do see an attendant periodically cleaning the machines, which is great (thank you). But the same attendant spent most of his time out by his car on his phone rather than staffing the facility.

Another paper towel holder in the bathroom would be a great addition if someone’s not going to be around to make sure the single small one is stocked.
