I rented the apartment sight unseen. My job relocated me to Cali and I needed to find something ASAP. Spoke with the Staff, they were cool. Jennifer took care of me, she's super awesome! I moved in and had absolutely no problems. I was there for a month and quit my job and moved back to MN. Lisa, the manager, worked to get my place rented and saved me 22k in charges. The only issue I had was the building I was in had old coax lines so while I paid for 1gig down, I got 130mbps. River Ranch did what they could to help. I went into the office and was out of pocket, never once did any of the ladies return my attitude. Always professional. Great place to say and everyone in the office actually cares about you and your situation.

Every maintenance request is always fulfilled timely and everyone from the maintenance crew to cleaners are always amazing. We love it here

Great people around. Great staff and every time we needed the response was very prompt and professional.we plan to stay only a few years and then we'll be on our 8th year here. Thank you.

The most noisy and valueless apartment complex I’ve ever lived. The Most neighbors act like they are living in a temporary place. You can hear a horrible noise every time, early in the morning or late night and worse than that about 3 or 4 a.m.
My family and I feel that there is no management to notice uncivilized tenants about rules of residency in this supper crowded community. My neighbor leave their trash and their shoes in front of their apartment and we have to see this ugly image every single day. Also, they come back home about 4 a.m. With their noisy child every night and They wake us up every night in middle of the night. It’s like a nightmare for us every night. I try to resolve these problems by management, but the outcome of meeting the management for several times was nothing. This is the noisiest community I have ever lived. It is like a real wild western city. Be careful and don’t waste your time and money to live here. I’m completely disappointed. I would give a zero star to this apartment complex. I never recommend this place to live to anyone. Never!

MJ made this the easiest move I have ever had as a pet owner. She included all my discounts and took care of packages that arrived before I got the keys. I am forever grateful for the acceptance of my application and look forward to my time at River Ranch. My fridge, however, is missing the glass bottom and should be replaced.

Management is very nice, but be weary of the bait and switch in the model unit compared to the actual unit. The model unit is much bigger than the actual 2bed 2bath. Anything that goes on isn’t really the managements fault but there is a bug problem they’re trying to fix. Over time it seems to have gotten better. The leasing office is very pleasant and helpful. MJ is delightful.

I live next to these apartments, this complex has a “no smoking policy” so the tenants will walk to the front of the complex and smoke their cancer sticks, the smell of the cigarette smoke fills my apartment when my windows are open, which usually are at 7am and 8pm to for the “fresh cool air”. I’ve tried to have a friendly conversation with these cancer lovers but they don’t understand that it smells terrible. I’ve put in a complaint with the apartment management and they haven’t responded, doesn’t seem like they really care that their own tenants are violating their contracts.

I’ve been living at River Ranch for almost 4 years. I have to admit that at first I was skeptical about my decision but after a month of living here, I knew I made the right decision. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond. Maintenance takes a lot of pride in not only the upkeep of the premises but also in making sure residents needs are met promptly and with care. I guess there could be a few minor things to work on but nowhere is perfect. If you’re looking for a place to live where the staff cares for your comfort and the neighbors become family… River Ranch is where you need to be

Comforting. The grounds keeper must be working overtime. I don't remember this property so maintained in over 20 years. Just knowing the Office is available for our needs.

Everything seemed perfect MJ at the leasing office went above and beyond to help us out with anything we needed.
