We found this place and it was really easy to schedule a tour. The leasing office was really helpful, particularly Brian. He has been helping us through the leasing process and kept us in the loop on any updates. We just moved in recently and we’re really happy with our new place.

Cockroaches and rats during the day. Rotted wood painted over. Manager special paint jobs paint over everything. Found a small taped up poster on my wall under the paint.has lost my rental check and threatened to evict. Loses paperwork so keep your receipts. Also rent increases 100$ a year but try to charge me 150$ a year. Proof read everything closely they're wild

There’s a way to speak to guests of people that pay their rent! The guy in the office spoke to me with so much disrespect, he had no right to! I immediately went to the office to warn the office that if he spoke to me like that again then we would have problems. The young lady was nice & listened to my complaints. Get your staff together!

Set an appointment with Brian at 3: 30 in the afternoon for the next morning. I showed up on time and watched Brian walk out of the office as I arrived. When I spoke to the desk person I was informed that the "several" apartments Brian said were available are no longer open. Complete waste of time.

This review is for the great customer service we received on a Saturday morning from Nayelli. For not having an appointment she was very welcoming to make time and squeeze us in and was awesome to work with! She was patient, thorough, professional and very kind. If you are looking for apartments I highly suggest a tour with her.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived in has everything you need within the community and on top of it my leasing specialist aaa the best went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped me throughout the application process she is knowledgeable, friendly, and beautiful! She made everything feel like such a breeze which in reality who really likes to have to deal with moving and what not …. Anyways thank you again Julia you are among the very happy and I am excited to start this chapter in my life with everything this community has to offer as well as all the ladies in the office that push to help people people get there housing in order. Julia I can’t thank you enough and I will always show my respect and gratitude toward you and you fur babies stay blessed
