I have nothing to say but a good review because of the representative at the office of River's Edge that is always helping Alexa, she always goes above and beyond even follows up to make sure anything that was needed was completed. We need more people like her to make all our lives easier. Ask for her she's the best!

Perfect location in Lake Elsinore. The maintenance team is always helpful and responds to maintenance request in a very quick manner. The staff inside the leasing office are always friendly and willing to help with anything or answer any questions, ask for Shantal! The complex feels very safe and is also gated. By far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. We won't be moving anytime soon. Thanks Riversedge!

Moving in during COVID was interesting. We had no physical walk-throughs, but a virtual walkthrough. Have to admit, I was a bit nervous moving into our new apartment without seeing it in person.

We were pleasantly surprised by our place. Thanks to Shantal G for always patiently answering my questions while I was packing up our stuff in Hawaii. We’ve lived here almost 4 months and have not had any problems with anyone. Our neighbors are awesome, and I love hearing the kids laughter.

We finally went swimming, and the pool is great, I also kinda like the 10 people max allowance due to C-19. The BBQ area was clean, as well as the bathrooms. We have not visited the gym yet, due to safety reasons, but I’m sure that will be in good shape as well.

The location is close to the Hwy, Walmart, Stater Bros, and restaurants. Also for the fitness conscious, you are close enough to a walking trail along Lake Elsinore itself, and then for golfers, there’s Summerly Links, less than 5 mins drive from our apartments.

Maintenance guys are hardworking fellows, always greeting and jumping onto those work orders. Thanks guys for fixing our window and garage door when we moved in.

River's Edge does a good job maintaining the property. Service requests are done fast and correctly. Nice to see my money put back into the place I live.

The complex itself is BEAUTIFUL, one of a kind! Very close to the lake just perfect. Went in to see a 3 bedroom.but they don't have any available. In addition, Shantal was so nice professional and friendly. If she's the person we have to deal with and pay rent we want to live here, so we will take into consideration to see if we can move to a 2 bedroom apartment. Nice place to live too!

I was just looking around for apartments because I need to relocate in September and Shantal G was really helpful with all my questions. The inside looks modern with central ac (a must) and they also have covered garages. The customer service here was awesome.

My first year living here with my significant other has been a breeze. Management has been consistently kind and speedy when it comes to any questions or issues. I’m continuously impressed by the customer service provided by Shantal G.and Biviana. The units are high quality, there is usually ample parking, and the trail nearby is a nice benefit. I love living here and definitely think these are the nicest apartments in Elsinore.

I've been living here for almost 3 years now and its a fantastic place. The office staff are great and the apartments are spacious. Any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. I had an issue with a faulty washer about 4 months after moving in and it ended up flooding my apartment at around 11pm. Maintenance was there within 20 minutes and since I had nowhere else to go, having moved from Massachusetts not long before, they set me up in an empty unit in the same building and gave me as much time as I needed to transfer all of my things from one apartment to the other. The whole complex is incredibly well cared for - they just had the whole place painted and my dog loves the dog run area as well as being right next to a trail to the lake that she can run on. Cant say enough good things about the place and my experience as a renter here.

This is the worse place we have lived are apartment flooded this year in dec 26th all they wanted to do is replace the wet padding and pur down the same carpet mind you this place was flooded last feb and they put down the same carpet we found mold anddry wall falling apart they said that it wasnt mold so before tou rent here beware of what your apartment might have in it
