Great place to stay at very friendly staff and its right on the river. I highly recommend staying here as it by far one of the nicest parks in the area.

I am a FT resident. I've lived here as a FT resident for 18 yrs. I absolutely love it. The other FT residents are a family to me. We r going through a change with new owner & it's getting better each day. The owner has made x-cellent changes. I really like the amenities when they are active. Yes the Pandemic put a stop to all amenities but now we can resume to our amenities. Most of the time the amenities are on & off. We are unsure of when the amenities will become on a regular bases. I liked the security guard being here from 5pm to 5am. Since Pandemic there has been NO security & I feel less safe. Anyone can come in the park for no reason. We all thought it to be back to normal but have had no security guard for over a year. I have never had a problem here & have always felt safe & comfortable here the last 18 yrs. Yes I would recommend this park to all. It's fun, great people, past amenities 5 stars, pet friendly, equal rights to all but most of all FREEDOM to live ones own lifestyle & not being harassed by management. Thank u RIVER EDGE for the 18 yrs.spent here with nothing but good memories & kindness from all.

Rivers Edge is a top of the line RV Resort. My family and I have been visiting this resort for about 6 years now and love it! We usually visit over Christmas or Spring break. Lots for the kids to do. Swimming, fishing in the river, bike rides, and they LOVE the "ice cream social"! Lots of activities throughout the year including an awesome Christmas parade that campers are encouraged to participate in. The place is very clean, they remodeled all the bathrooms about a year ago, showers are hot and well kept. Pool and 2 hot tubs very large. Also a great place for ATV owners. Short ride to the Glamis Sand dunes or to the mountains! We stayed at different places before we found this gem and nothing was comparable. Well worth the price!

This place is AMAZING! Spent time there with my family and had a blast. It is clean and very family friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and spend quality time with their family. Oh and the staff goes above and beyond. The most amazing people ever!

No oasis here! Not much Riverview, overgrown bamboo. Decks falling apart. Debris left around. Horrible showers. No water pressure, never hot. Staff is new and combative. Laundry machines are old and cost $5 a load. Everyone seems mad all the time and talk about it! Go down the road for a better cheaper park.

It was a nice spot, we stopped for 1 night. Close access to yuma. Nice amenities unfortunately no store. Reasonably priced for the close access to yuma. Friendly staff at check in.

If you stay for a month or more be aware they have a service charge of $17.00 to read your electric meter.

The sites are tight. Water at the resort is very hard water and water pressure varies so definitely use a water pressure gauge.

They were having weekly meetings when we first arrived all of the long term residents wanted the owner to come to the meetings so they could discuss problems, the owner, who lives local refused to attend and they changed the meetings from weekly to monthly.

The parks has lots of trees which is great for shade. In the summer chose the east side of the street for shade In the winter chose the west side to take advantage of the sun warmth to help keep your rv warm, otherwise you have to run your space heaters and furnace more to keep you rv warm.

Shower house/comfort station are open 8am-8pm, they are locked during those hours. They have laundry facilities at each comfort station and at the main building.

Make sure if you are staying monthly that they don’t change what they told you the price would be when you reserved for your short term stay.

Noise from I8 is heard at your site but you get used to it.

They are in the process of fixing up along the river but when we left after 4 months it still looked run down and over grown from lack of care.

Their antiques that they use for decorations in the dog walk area are falling apart and unsafe so don’t let your dogs play around them.

This place is so run down and junky. I only gave it 2 stars bc the water and electricity hook ups were reliable and I was worried they wouldn’t be when we drove in. Basically a junky trailer park where they let rvs park in some spots. Which is too bad bc it’s an excellent location to Yuma and on the river and could be amazing. However you can’t even enjoy the river bc it’s so over grown and nasty with junk piles everywhere along the river. And nasty inside furniture set up on the river in spots. There is also nothing in the spots but a concrete pad. No picnic table or anything. I was really excited about this place bc of some reviews but they must have been from 10 years ago or something. Also not another kid in sight. So definitely not a family resort.

This place is so overpriced and over rated. This place is really bad. This place is good for overnight. But it is not a resort. It is a trailer park with junk everywhere and permanent residents, and rv slots. I would stay across the freeway.

Very nice place. The pool was awesome. Clean environment and the big trees give shade and peace.

The one pickelball court is dangerous and needs the non skid coating that all pickelball courts have. Trees nice, river great. Price used to be good, but have recently skyrocketed, and resulted in many folks leaving to get better bang for the buck. Staff is good with the exception of one lady who runs the front office and has zero diplomatics skills.

This place and it's staff are so awesome and Supa amazing. Stayed here for a baseball tournament in Yuma and they took all the time in the world to answer the million questions we had. Security guard was very accommodating with our late check in. He also told us all the rules about driving our side by side on the public roads. Spots are huge. They fit my f350 long bed and 35 ft toy hauler and even threw in our expedition max with a 18ft flatbed trailer with no problems. Thanks again RIVERS EDGE.

This is a little oasis on the Colorado River, California side of Yuma. Don't even bother with the ghetto Yuma rv parks. Beautifully laid out with full hookups (Pro tip) just find your desired spot then go pay at the office. It's gravely dirt with a cement pad to set your chairs on. Loved the ambience and the long timers are friendly. Lots of serene spots to sit by the river and enjoy happy hour or a bit of fishing, you can even launch a small boat here. 5 min drive to historic downtown Yuma. Love this spot if your coming in to AZ or returning home to Cali stop here. You won't be disappointed. Not your usual RV "resort"parking lot. Spaces are large and all back in. A little hwy noise from the 8 but it calms down at night. Paid $55 a night Jan 2021.

Visited friends there. Well kept park right on the Colorado river. Sites are a bit closer than I would prefer. Nice amenities.

Very nice. Hot tub, pool, pool tables. Friendly staff. Most spots appear to be back in and long-term.

We have been traveling for years, we pulled into this place and immediately the lady behind the desk was super rude, we were gonna stay a week or more, which isn’t cheap but that part doesn’t matter, we have a brand new 2020 Montana and I didn’t have it registered yet she said we couldn’t stay without that paper then wanted my insurance cards my ID I mean what is going on this is the first, anyway she was super rude and talked to me like I was 5yr old so we left and found a much better place.
