Riverside Advanced Imaging

Beautiful facility. Be ready to wait and though front desk representative. Original appointment was at 8pm. Due to staff issue they rescheduled my appointment at 3: 15pm. Arrived early and wasn't called back till and hour later. Ask the front desk a questions they will raise their voice and say I don't know, the system isn't up. I had originally made the appointment at 8pm so I wouldn't miss work. When they had to reschedule at 3: 15pm, asked how long it would take. They stated it was quick and would be no more then 30mins. Here I am 4: 15 writing this review waiting to be seen for the x-ray in now the back waiting room. With other patients with the same complaint, waiting over an hour after their appointment to be seen. Not once but several times.

On Friday, November 26,2021 at my 1730hrs MRI Appointment the staff was very nice in checking me in. The technician that gave me my MRI was patient with me by making me comfortable and easing me in to the MRI machine and preparing me to go in. Thank you very much for the professionalism and caring attitude that was displayed for me completing my MRI.

What a great staff and they really kept to the appointment time. Explained everything well and made sure I was comfortable. I was not looking forward to my appointment but it went so smooth I didn’t even mind.

Everyone one there is very kind and so Professional at what they do. I was treated with a smile and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely go back there if I ever need a MRI done again.

Was able to get an MRI appointment within 24hrs. Staff was professional and friendly.
Insurance was in network. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly. I used virtual check-in, so I was called almost immediately once I went inside. I had a great technician for my MRI and was done as fast as you can be with an MRI

Riverside Advanced Imaging is awesome; the ladies and gentleman in the imaging room were wonderful. They explained everything that they were going to do and put any concern I had at ease.
I would recommend Riverside Advanced Imaging to anyone.

This place is very clean and the staff is amazing. Don't let the surrounding area throw you off. It's an great place for an MRI.

I am impressed with this facility. The receptionist was warm and helpful. She was efficient and knowledgeable. The technician who did the MRI explained the details of things that would be important to someone who had never been in the facility and knew nothing of their procedures or the machine that was taking the images. I was confident she understood how it felt to me. She made the whole experience better by her thoughtfulness. A definite thumbs up. Well done.

Just wanted to share with RadNet Corporation what a amazing experience I had today at Riverside advanced imaging. I came in this morning for a CT mylogram in which I was nervous And as soon as I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome from the front office young lady. And to top it off the phenomenal service from Adam and the radiologist Jackie and the CT tech I just want to thank you all for your, reassurance your kindness. But I definitely can’t point out enough Again how much I appreciate Your continuous checking in on me and your reassurance. Thank you for being amazing.

The ladies here at this place are very Is polite and kind. Extremely patient the mri Tech was off the hook. If I ever need an MRI again. And hope these 2 ladies that are here today we'll be here the next time time thank you very much for being patient with me.

Personal was very nice and helpful quick check in. Technician was very helpful get on and off the machine and also very polite. Overall great service.

Awesome receptionists. Beautiful waiting area. Prompt to keep timed appointments. Had MRI done. Spacious gown and table to live on to have procedure. Very professional yet personable. Highly recommend in all areas.

I only waited 5 minutes until I was called in for my appointment. I don’t remember the technician’s name for my MRI but she was WONDERFUL!

Scheduling is not the greatest, but the tech was really nice and sweet and make me feel “normal” even though I was in pain. They should be able to hire more nice people, after all, everyone that goes there are sick or going through recovery.thank you Erlinda!
