Staff are really friendly u get no pressure on buying a car its at tpur own paste! Staff is very knowledgeable specially david the fleet manager awesome guy would defenetly recommend david as ur helper thanks David and everyone at Riverside Chevrolet i love my Mamalona Truck (Silverado)

Horrible customer service just because I wasn't there with my car doesn't make it ok to not call me. Called for 2 hours straight no one ever picked up in service had to call parts to get through and when I did Maria said she had to go because she had a customer in front of her which meant I was nothing because I was on the phone. Horrible service ever how can you live with your self know you treat you customers like that. Maria also said it takes 2 to 3 days to find out what's wrong with your car which is a lie I've always taken my cars there. Need to teach your works how to work because when i went in they had no customer in there. Something needs to be done

The customer service I received was awesome. Greg was polite and helpful when it came to me making my purchase of a Traverse. Derek finalized everything and I was driving away in my new Traverse High Country.

Worst service ever! They didn’t pick up the calls I called an hour apart and no answer! So I came down here to schedule in person just for them to tell me bring in the car and they still didn’t give me an appointment once I asked to schedule one. There was about six people in that office and no one could answer the phone so upset

I normally avoid getting service at the dealership, this expeirnce has me revisiting that idea, I felt looked after, I was not over sold anything that i didn't need, it was frankly GREAT SERVICE! I THINK I WILL BRING MY CORVETTE HEAR FOR CHECK UP FROM HEAR ON!

The service tech did not research my bumper to bumper extended warranty. Said I had to pay for inspection and replacement of the battery in a sarcastic form. One call to my sales rep and he got it handled. After that, the service tech called me thanking me for providing the information. Can they not see it in the computer? My sales rep is awesome. Not his department and still took care of it.

Absolutely an amazing experience from start to finish! Jose initially helped me out showing me my new Chevy Silverado 1500, we went back into the office he ran some numbers with me and promised me that he would do all that he could to get me the best deal possible closest to what I was asking for. And let me tell you that’s exactly what he did! He got me exactly what I was looking for and stuck to his word! After the fact he’s colleague Orlando had to take over and finish up some paperwork, he was extremely helpful as well and got all the paperwork squared away and ready! After we headed to finance where we meet Derek and he made the whole process quick and easy. He didn’t make me feel like it was necessary to purchase things I didn’t want and made me feel extremely comfortable with my decisions. He was a really easy person to talk and got the job done quick! Would I recommend this place to anyone with the curiosity of buying their first truck and or any other Chevy vehicle for that matter? ABSOLUTELY! The guy here will look out for you after my experience!

Before I took my Tahoe to be serviced, I reached out to "Steve" in the service department. His kind customer service is what I remembered the last time I had taken my car in. Great customer service is very important and it's honestly why I took my Tahoe back to this particular Chevy dealer.

Wasted my time with this place. Scheduled a service online, when I get there they don’t provide that service on the weekends yet their system allows me to make the appointment. They send me over 10 notification reminders about this appointment via text and email yet not once does their service manager pay attention to his scheduled appointments since I put on the notes why I was coming and the service I needed was an available option online. Maybe give a customer a call and tell them they don’t provide this service on the weekends so I don’t drive 25 miles for no reason.

I spoke with Ivan on the phone with interest on a Silverado 3500HD Pickup Truck and told him I would be in later in the day to purchase and trade in my Jeep. I was not able get to the dealership until the evening, but Ivan was still waiting for me with the pickup out front waiting for a test drive. Ivan was very patient, polite and straight forward, all the characteristics you hope to find in an automotive sales representative. The same was found moving to finance department and dealing with Derek, who was very personable and polite. I rate my experience A+ buying my truck from Riverside Chevrolet.

We were first greeted by Rami. He wasn't pushy, he was friendly and easy to talk to. David was very persuasive. We went back and forth until we decided to purchase. Overall it was a good experience.
