16Even though they had short staff, they were still very helpful they were so polite and courteous they staff should be commended!
Please help, I can't get anyone on the phone, holding for hours then call disconnects. Trying to get answers on Med-Cal renewal which is in jeopardy of being cancelled unless I can talk with a case worker.
They were efficient and friendly, wait time was reasonable without an appointment. Definitely suggest getting there early as it gets busier mid-morning.
Sour Ladys, that work here, think that people coming in for help, are taking they're money from they're budget they're so worried about, people are getting rejected for the simplest issues so they won't help you, even if you have all the documents and proof of your situation status. The supervisor needs to stop being greedy. It's not your money it's the peoples money that need help, you social services workers need to do you job right, that what you signed up for.
Terrible customer service. They forgot they work for us. They just keep ignoring you until you give up calling. They never answer and they never call you back.
Don't be fooled. They close at 4: 30. NOT open til 5pm. EVERYONE gets turned IF it's 4: 31 pm, 4: 35 pm.etc.this. Office CLOSES AT 4: 30 PM!

I will say that this location is clean. Its very quiet though. It can use some music at least. The vibe is dead. I mean, just because it's the DPSS don't mean you can have some low music. I know it's about people being able to hear the voice or number over the speaker, but low music won't hurt. Some of the case workers and customer care women I've met are super friendly and helpful. Others I've met were unfriendly. Customer satisfaction is key to successfully feedback. Be happy to be at work everyday, or you're in the wrong profession. I have had very little issues there. Most of the time though, they do resolve my issues.
This office is impossible to reach. I have to go through 5 minutes of recorded menus to even reach this office and half the time (literally HALF) I am immediately hung up on once I am being transferred to an operator. Today, I reached an operated and was transferred to hold to speak to a worker. I was on hold for 2 hours before it started ringing and being transferred to a worker. Then the phone "mysteriously" went silent/dead. I called back, 5 mins of menus, and was immediately hung up on when transferred to the operator. Called again, 5 minutes of menus, reached an operator and explained what just happened, and was put on hold again. Was on hold for 40mins until I called again from another phone (while the first one still sits on hold) just trying to reach a human being to explain my situation. 5 minutes of menus, then hung up on when I was transferred to an operator. Called back, 5 minutes of menus, then hung up on when I was transferred to an operator.
I am losing my health insurance and NEED to speak with someone! Explain to me WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO DO TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE! I can do NOTHING online. This location does not support chat, sent emails, or messaging of any kind! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?
I had a phone interview at 3 and I had someone to watch my 2 year old so that I wouldn't be destracted for my phone interview and they haven't called and it's 4: 05

I have been trying to get my 6 month old daughter her medi cal but they keep Denying it because they dont have the “papers” they asked for. We went to drop it off twice at their office and they keep Denying it. I dont understand like do these people not care at all? I had to pay out of pocket for check ups for my baby twice already. How many times do I have to submit that I live off disability so that I can get my child her healthcare.

I put all my paperwork in the Box. They said they only got some of it and they denied my CalWORKs. I don't have unemployment or anything and I'm not working and I have kids can I ask to talk to the supervisor and they won't connect me with one. How did they get my paperwork 4 MI CalFresh but say that they don't have it for my CalWORKs it's all the same paperwork I dropped it off altogether
