Riverside County Department of Public Social Services reviews
15It's a government building. Not alot to say. It was clean inside, bathrooms were also clean. Staff that greets you is much friendlier than in the past.
Terrible they keep asking for proof of stuff I already sent them and they never tell you about an interview they just say you missed it and end your benefits and they starve people they are gonna get sued for millons
There are 3 people in the cubicles to attend to and they are unoccupied and are talking about their personal lives (we hear them) we have been waiting for a long time and they do not call anyone.
The two annoying people in front of me have already left!
I have been calling for months! Literally months. I always get in touch w a worker who transfers me to my worker and they never answer or call back, I have also called his supervisor and they also do not call. Guess they don’t understand that some people can’t have a method to get to them in person.
They are, so far, always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate this office being here.
I have been trying to get a hold of a case worker for 2 weeks now and I don't get a call back with multiple messages left. It's unfortunate!
Fast, efficient, and friendly. I came in and waited in line behind one person, I got to the front desk and she was extremely friendly and personable and I was given a card and waited in a chair for my turn all of 15-20 minutes and was helped by a worker and I completed my forms and submitted them at the kiosk.
Waste of time. The lady who answered the phone was so very rude. They make you leave voice messages that are never returned. They give you a supervisor phone number and they never return your call. Typical government office. Nothing gets done.
As with any social services or dmv related place, it sucks. But that's just how the cookie crumbles
Worst workers! They don’t care about ppl or the kids who need help. I plan to write the head of this department.
SUPER BAD ATTITUDE. People are nor, friendly and helpful they make u feel that they have all the power. The only one friendly person was the security guard, except the front desk lady's. My social worker I have not any bad review for her.
We have been trying to get benefits for 4 months. All in vain.sometimes they forgot about us, sometimes they didn’t call us back, sometimes they didn’t send us the necessary forms.in the end, after we applied 5 times, we received food stamp cards, but there is no money for them.as a result, later a letter came that we did not go to the interview, although there was one interview and no one told us about the next interview and no one wrote. Bottom line: they do everything possible to ensure that you do not receive benefits
Easy to get in They don’t tear you like at a airport 3 times I’ve been there They helped me No Red Tape Thanks
One of the worst offices to visit. Never can get anyone on the phone, all the workers work from home now so its impossible to actually see a worker in person, only good thing about this office is the security guard who is extremely nice.
Wasn't too busy, but you check in and get a number. They're short staffed and you may not get answers on your first visit. They always say you'll hear back next week and never do. Keep following up!
