Riverside County Sheriff Department, Perris CA

I am the manger of Lake Perris Village and I would like to say thank you to all the officers that have came out to help with the issues in our park. We are stating to see good changes and we have become a community due to the officers encouragement. I would like to note that Officer Robles has done such a wonderful job working to help better our community, we are very grateful and appreciate all you have done for us. On a side note all officers are welcome to come into our property we have water, coffee, internet and bathrooms please come on by.

Perris Station commander. Captain Sims It's sad that someone it's been attacked robbed at gun point by three individuals.thank God nothing bad happened, 911 was called for help they hear the fear and no officer showes up after 15 min.the 911 keeps on calling back risking the life of the victim. Needs to be improved cause innocent lifes are at risk by criminals with guns.very upset. Fear.dispatchers at 911 need to be better trained it's not the first time we've had bad experience with the 911 call.

The worst customer service and what makes it better is they only take cash! Sounds like they’re cheating with taxes. At the end I like to say £*€¥ this:)

This office has no respect for citizens getting to do what us required by law. I need to have a police report filed for stolen property and a break in on a vacation house and I have been waiting today for 4 hours and have been told multiple times that deputies are busy.

Meanwhile I have seen numerous cars drive by on patrol and not one of them stopped. The current sheriff of Riverside county needs to do their job and make sure that law abiding citizens are treated better than the criminals committing the crimes.

Rude people and waiting area is disgusting with broken run down seating. Tax dollars hard at work.

Videos online will show their officers psychopathic tendencies, please evaluate you officers throughly so they can do their job with decency and respect of others i am saddened and angered to see continous unnecessary force towards others from your department. Be reminded you arent sovereign citizens you are public servants so please do your jobs in a decent manner we are all humans quit dehumanizing people.

My mother-in-law called them and they entered and searched my house WITHOUT A WARRANT over a family pet. The officer yelled at me and threatened to shoot my sister for getting angry. I wanted to call my lawyer but the incident report was "forgotten" to be written, I will never vote to raise their wages again

Adding two stars; just spoke to very informative people who did not dismiss my questions or try to hustle me off the line. I will pursue the problem with the instructions given, and perhaps this will get edited again! Hoping to resolve this ugly problem of squatters on private property belonging to an elderly, disabled person.

Worst sheriff department. The sheriff wrote my report almost a month after i called them. With incorrect dates of when the incident was reported, my full name was inputted completely wrong and not even close. My bday was inputted incorrectly, and my statement was fabricated to make the suspect a victim. Yes the suspect was listed as a mf victim and my report was changed from the actual statement i gave. And i was crying while giving my report. Thanks for me not feeling safe to report the stolen items out my house.
