I'm a Difficult patient because of past "Dental"trauma, the Staff was Understanding and Dr Kim listened and was very perceptive and considerate of my issues. Would Absolutely refer his services.
I experienced the worst in customer care! First from Eddie, who told me to come in first thing in the morning to exchange denture before it is sent to the lab for repair. I got there 20 minutes early next morning, driving 40 minutes in the rain and before they opened office, only to hear from the office staff, Marina, and another office worker, that they have already sent my denture to the lab for repair! No apologies, no accountability! For a mistake that was clearly theirs! Just to show some sympathy, and that they cared, for what they put me through! Going all that 40 minutes drive in rain, for nothing! Which only added more insult to injury! I'm so very disappointed!
Dr. Kim is a most brilliant dentist! He is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. I've had issues with the staff, but they have made up for their mistakes.
The entire staff were Very professional nice and very friendly. From the time my wife and i walked in nothing but hands down best experienced every. Then doctor KIM hands down very best dentist we have ever seen. I say you looking for somewere to go. Go to him wont regret it.

Glad to have found this gem. Very professional, patient care is sensitive to patient. Dr. Has a great hand for those with previous needle experience that have left them with some anxiety. What can I say I recommend this place with a ten star if I could. The whole office is in sync & on point with things. Dr.has a great team behind him that keeps things running smoothly. You want to come here before going anywhere else, you won’t regret it.
