Riverside DMV reviews
19The help was good but I wish their employees will look more professional. Some look like their going to the club after work or just woke up from bed.
Did online appointment and I got in and out in 10 minutes. HOWEVER, the service was horrible. I interacted with three people and only the last one is decent. The first one asked me about my name so I told him and also spell it out so it will be easier for him to find me, and he goes " don't spell your name. " That's rude.
Just because everyone thinks DMV is a bad place the workers don't have to act like it too. #disappointing
In and out within 20 mins for driver's license renewal. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Thank you guys.
The employees were friendly, efficient, and helpful. I made an appointment and completed my task in 35 minutes. Thank you very much, DMV!
The dmv is best and the VIN is the examiner he is no nice he tell us don’t drive in pressure and don’t be panic
It’s been years since my first driving test. Like usual, they always fail Mexicans and Hispanics, so I was not surprised when they failed my wife a second time with a more capricious and arbitrary route. They criticized lane centering in an area that had no lanes and was narrow as well as rural. Do yourself a favor and go to a more friendly venue, like Santa Ana or anywhere with a more diverse staff at the instructor level. Thanks.
Super friendly instructor named vic super clear and simple instructions with a friendly and calm tone
Got window number for id renew faster but more then 30min take a picture.there is a nice guy who working on two windows, finish paper work and take picture.
This is the worst run government office. The service is slow, you get the run around and things aren't handled properly. We were back and forth with employee Renae that kept trying to verify the money paid in the office and on the kiosk. Renae is the slowest, most difficult emploee to deal with. She made the process extremely frustrating when it didn't have to be. This is exactly whu I don't go to this location
The clerk services is very awful, not helpful, and rude. The line moves and we were there about 1 hour. Fast services if you compare with other offices.
It was a very pleasant experience very clean not overly crowded very friendly people to help you overall
Bureaucrats are always bureaucratic. They really tried to smile very hard, but robots A. I.can surely do a better job than them, with more honest facial expressions. Don't blame them. Answering the same question 100x a day can really get to the souls.
Everyone is nice and cooperative, except for a trainer. I don't know her name well, but the first letter of her name is k. Her hair is long and red. She is very bad and raises her voice and argues. I hope the DMV management examines her trainers psychologically first and teaches her manners. Very excellent. The handling is very nice. But I hope the manager looks more at the coaches behind the wheel and examines their psyche. I had an examination on August 1 at one o'clock in the afternoon. I don't want for one trainer to take down the entire dmv reputation I hope the trainers are kinder and more understanding
I’ve been here twice. The first time was last year and it was around 3 during the week, it was smooth and the lady who helped was decent.
I went in today around 11am and waited about 30 minutes & was helped at window 4 by a very unpleasant lady. She mocked at the previous person she was helping who came back to ask a question. Yes it was a silly question however her way of handling it was unnecessary. She tried to make me feel dumb for their online system not accepting documents I tried to submit. If I didn’t have my two kids with me I would have definitely let her know she needs to check her attitude.
In the end, I was instructed to take a photo for my Real ID, I was helped by this really pleasant young lady taking the photo. She really was super sweet and nice, which is definitely so uncommon for dmv employees. I wish I got her name.
Horrible, rude, and they wouldn't accept government stamp documents with my full name
DL renewal, usually this DMV is organized, there would be someone issuing ticket numbers outside but today none, line was long so is the wait. DMV staff I encountered was having a bad day, not friendly, probably not required to be friendly. Anyway be prepared to spend sometimes waiting if no appointment and make sure you have everything ready or they will send you home
I made an appointment.
Overall experience was great. They have some very nice employees there. The gentleman that works the door is very patient and meticulous. That would be a very difficult job doing crowd control and knowing all the ins and outs of how everything at DMV works. On top of that, he has to look up appointments and assign numbers based on what they are having done to every person that goes in that building. GREAT JOB.
Make an appointment. This will enable you to review it, with a five-star experience yourself. The staff was helpful friendly and professional, regardless.
Why do these people waiting outside the DMV look like they're being punished for doing something that is required by law. Add a sitting area onto the building. #simple
