Great spot to learn exercising. I've been learning so many different ways to grow muscle and do cardio. Kenny is a great personal trainer.

Kenny and Raquel are amazing! As owners and personal trainers they are truly with you every step of the way. I love that they listen to you and tailor your program accordingly, and provide solid accountability during your workout. The gym is well-provisioned and the equipment is always clean and ready to go. More than anything else, there is a culture and community cultivated here at RHF that I've not experienced anywhere else. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of the RHF experience, and highly recommend them for anyone seeking to improve their overall health and fitness.

Kenny and Raquel are the best trainers. They are knowledgeable and experienced. They take their job seriously, they are friendly and helpful and always have a great attitude that makes you welcome and glad you came to workout. I have been training under them for nine years and credit my wellness to them.
