Riverside Honda

We visited 5 area Honda dealers. 4 were awful. Riverside Honda (and salesman Nana in particular) really came through for us. They found the exact color and trim we were looking for and treated us like grown-ups during negotiation and finance. Would absolutely shop there again and recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a car.

I purchased a new Honda Fit online and had it delivered. It was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever had! The sales manager George was very helpful in finding the car and payment I wanted. I looked at several other cars at other dealerships and only Riverside Honda was polite and not pushy. Javier delivered my car to my home and helped me with the paperwork. Great sales staff! They have great selection of vw used cars and all makes but what's important is they make sure and put you in a car even if your credit is 400s and up and even if you have repos etc due to covid they know we all went through this togetherness! Thanks honda for giving my family respect and hope

My husband had a wonderful experience buying my new accord. However when I took the check to pay for it a few days later, the person my husband dealt with in finance couldn’t have been more rude to me. I had to wait half an hour because I needed him to provide me with a receipt. He told me he was busy so if I just wanted to drop the check off that was fine. I didn’t deal comfortable just leaving a 27k check with no proof. When he finally had time for me he took the check and printed out the receipt. No thank you, no I hope you love your car, no thank you for buying a car from us, no sorry to keep you waiting. Left a very sour taste in my mouth. I Will continue going to Penske Honda instead where we bought our other Honda. They were so much friendlier.

This dealership was top notch! Freddy went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a vehicle the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I would recommend Alfredo Mendoza (Freddy in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Terrible honda battery, my car was 2015 Honda CRV, drive less than 3 years, the origin battery fully broken, and honda can not take responsible to replace the battery, the honda say the battery warranty was 3 years, 36000 mile, never heard about the battery has mile limit.only at honda, and the service was terrible rude, do go here

Lots of information on the car, knew all of the features about the civic and what to do. Rick helped me find the car in the exterior and interior color I wanted. Ended up buying a civic in an upgraded version because of the deal they gave me.

I came to Riverside Honda not expecting to leave with a brand new 2018 Honda Accord. As soon as we got here we were welcomed by Oscar Garza. His attitude was very professional, positive and very helpful! He went above and beyond to get us into something that not only we liked but felt comfortable in! I have had excellent experience with this dealer. Starting with sales person Alonso who was extremely on top of it and knowledgeable with the Honda civic I purchased within the same day. In addition, sales manager Albert was very informative and provided excellent customer service. Last but not least, Bill the leasing consultant made the finance part very smooth and also provided excellent customer service.
