Because I had a few bumps in the road I’m giving this review a 4/5, so my best advice is to avoid pre-“certified”vehicles and just get a brand new whip!

Justine salas is a very amazing employee even though i purchased a vehicle in ontario location i am still leaving a review due to her persistentance and always trying to contact me wondering if i found the vehicle i need, she’s a very dependable person!

David is great. Even though he had no control over the timeliness of my repair because the part was back ordered he made sure there was a rental available for when I needed one.

The sale reps Ted and Lawrence were amazing. They really cared about my need, not just about selling a car. Larry took the time to explain the details about cars since I am new to EV.

Guilty of false advertising?

The advertised price/ sticker price was what I drove there for but only when we sat down to discuss the purchase did the “ADD-ONS “ come up.
$995 for sealant. (aka car wax)
$1200 for “anti theft “. (aka removable cheap lo-jack).
These were “nonnegotiable “ and therefore a built in added price that was not advertised.
Either ask what their “added “ (hidden costs) are before you go there, or just don’t go

Riverside Hyundai Service department takes pride in delivering quality service to the customer and vehicle. My Sonata is always kept to specifications. Appointments are easy and complete when promised. I will definitely return for excellent service.
