The wait was a little long but there was a nice lady and I were able to talk. Helped pass the time. Also got a senior discount.

I had a phone call kind talk experience with Melissa, then came to office made a test-drive, Melissa was not available at that time, so another sales reps were mad at me, saying that “you actually dont want to buy the car, just came for a test-drive”, they added 2.5k markup on gas car, then I drove to Moreno Valley Kia and got the same trim and color new car with msrp, even 300$ discount, however Riverside people were telling me that I will be cheated and overpriced once I am in Moreno V. None of them happened, so I did not like Riverside people’s angry and blaming approach, you can not push a customer to buy a car, you can not blame, you can not show your ugly face. Dont forget, customer is always true!

The staff was friendly but it took 2 hrs to service my vehicle. Then it just sat in the car wash bay forever. The service lady had to go get for me

Very poor service department. Took my car there three times. Always too busy. When I was finally able to drop off the car, they never took the time to take any parts off to determine what the issue was

Where can I start this maybe be one of the WORST experience I ever had. I went yesterday 3/23/2022. To get my shocks changed. Our Representative was Kenny. He may have the worst customer service I ever seen. We had bought the shocks through kia parts department. We were told thay the shocks had arrived so we scheduled the service. I asked Kenny to make sure the shocks were here and he repiled" well if you ordered them they should be here, I, not we can't perform the sevice. I asked him if he can check with the parts department to see just in case and he said NO that we can go to parts and check ourselves. Thay was sooo RUDE. Anyways the department was able to perform service when we came back to pay. We showed the cashier a coupon we received from the kia dealer for the service by email, which Kenny found out and was doing everything he can to not Honor it. We told him we were sent the coupon by them, which he said I never send you nothing (in such a sarcastic way). So another gentleman stepped in and helps and even spoke to the owner which they said they were going to honor it once and that, that coupon was from kia corporate, we were glad it got resolve, but I can still hear Kenny upset that we got the discount (which only was 7p buck ok a 800 dollar bill) working that it was going to. Internal expenses. This is one of the worst Experience ever and you guys should retrain your Representatives, things like this makes you want to take your business somewhere else. It's sad that a person who doesn't know how to give good customer service overshadows the work of others.

On November 17 we had a 10: 00 appointment to have our 10,000 check-up for our Kia Sportage at KIA of Riverside. We arrived at 9: 50 only to be told it would be a three to four hour wait. We said even if we have an appointment? We were then told they had numerous "walk-ins" and they had to take care of them. Then we were told there was a recall on our vehicle but they couldn't tell us what it was for. We waited in the waiting room and were surprised when after an hour and 15 minute wait our car was ready. Then the following day I received an email stating we could reschedule our "missed" appointment.

Went in to look at the 2023 forte gt-line, Martha helped me get into the driver seat and take a quick test drive a fee minutes after I showed up. I took my car in to get appraised and unfortunately it wasnt what i was looking for but carmax was giving me something higher and Martha went out of her way to set up an appointment with carmax so i could take it in. This honestly made it way easier to go through with the entire deal. Martha and her manager Frank took my info and gave me a deal that met all my needs. Thank you!

I waited 3.5 hours with an appointment, when Kenneth who I believe was mu service tech said 3 hours tops. I got to your dealership before 8: 00, my appt time.

My frustration with this ordeal is that Kenneth never came to me to give me an update. I went to him twice during my wait time. The first time I asked him about the status he said he would go check and did not return to me with an update.

The second time I went to him was to tell him that I didn't want the car to be washed because I couldn't wait any longer. Kenneth never said anything or even just an apology for the extended wait time. When I paid for my service he didn't even walk out the door to let me know where my car was.

I've never had this happen to me at KIA before. Kenneths actions were both unacceptable and unprofessional. Thank you for your time in this matter.

This is my Third Experience dealing with KIA of Riverside! To Me and my Family there is noone better. Judy, Ivan and Nino are the dynamic that keeps us coming back. My husband got a new used car there today and he couldn't be happier. These individuals couldn't be more helpful and supportive with our decision, and they always gets us the Best deal! Thank you once again!

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles through this dealership and I would go back again. I love the staff, they are helpful, nice and pricing is competitive. There is sometimes issues with inventory but that is more due to the manufacturer. The service department is hard to get a hold of and they are usually very busy. This is due to them having good trustworthy service and the best warranty in the business. Same owners for Riverside and Pomona. My experience with them tops Perris and Temecula with whom I haven’t had great experiences with.

Great and fast service! Was told 2-3 hours of waiting which I expected but was done within 1.5 hours. Front desk person was a little busy eating his lunch and directing people the wrong way without asking their needs but the manager apologetic and provided me the right way once I went back in for clarification after a minutes of waiting
