Very busy place! I definitely would’ve given them 4 stars but they were so busy the wait was a bit long even after making an appointment and again when they called us to let us know the car was ready again the wait-15+ minutes
staff is friendly and knowledgeable when they help you the service is great it’s just a wait

We just bought a Mazda CX-9 for our family of 5. In the past 15 years, we have bought 4 new cars and this is the first time we felt treated like family. Kevin the sales person was amazing at explaining EVERY SINGLE FEATURE. We did not feel pressured at all like with other sales people. He was simply straight to the point and that’s what we liked. The manager CJ, amazing! He worked with us to get the best possible deal on a fully loaded CX9.and Cesar at finance made the process so easy. We want to thank all 3 of you for making this purchase so smooth for us.

Joey is SUCH an excellent guy. From helping me get a loaner when I was coming from two hours away, to making sure my car was put under excellent care and that my oil pan was fixed up when mazda had made a mistake last year, to answering many questions, he handled everything with such kindness, joy, and respect! Joey made my experience amazing!

Isahia guterrize was a great sales person very informative he was the reason we purchased the car. I highly recommend Riverside Mazda! This dealership is five star. The people are thoughtful, considerate, educated and kind. I received the best service and they far exceeded my expectations.

The lady Liz that helped me out was very nice and professional, she did what she could to get my vehicle ready to go. Reason I did 3 stars is because of the supply team. Every time I called to get parts in they kept telling me parts werentw in, and when they finally scheduled me for my repair, they told me the parts weren't in again, so I had to leave my car overnight which was very inconvenient.

I had a great experience at Mazda the salesman Isaiah was very Courteous to care me very well show me how to use the car very good explained everything very very good he was excellent in this mannerism and everything he showed me in the car also in the finance department Cesar to care me very well and I was very satisfied with Cesar and Isaiah if I had to buy another car I would want to speak to both of them again

Staff was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about new & old MX-5 Miata's. Per Internet review, got the best deal for a Miata in the nation!

Great service, price was not excessive. Only problem was their 12 mile radius for courtesy cars &/or drop-off service. Go to a local dealer if you live 13 miles or more away.

Service was great and they were more than patient with me while I figured out how I was going to bring my car home. Knocked off one star because of pricing to fix my car.

I would have to say, more and more I am impressed with the service and quality of services received from Riverside Mazda Service Dept. I’ve had to leave a not so nice review via Yelp but working with Wendy, my service advisor, has improved my relationship with Mazda. She’s always willing to get me information or the part needed.
