Should’ve read these reviews first.
I took my one year old to urgent care on Sunday 11/13. Walked right in no one waiting, she had a cough and had been throwing up once for three days. Based off of these symptoms the receptionist said we had to wait in our car for a video visit instead. Stated it would be a one hour wait. Really? Staying in the parking lot for one hour with a one year old that’s sick? How does that make any sense? I left immediately they were calling my phone so what is the reason for me to stay at the parking lot. Didn’t receive a call for two hours! Once doctor called he asked irrelevant questions, I stated she had a cough and that was my concern. He asked if she scratches her ear I answered yes because she sometimes does. He proceeded by prescribing ear infection medication? ! How can you prescribe this without even checking her ears? ! Horrible horrible experience. Hung up then doctor calls back asking if I did a Covid test on my daughter. AVOID at all cost!

Thus has to be the worst run medical facility ever. My wife has probably a torn meniscus and went to urgent care where the er doctor confirmed. He took x-rays which were normal and referred her Stat to ortho. It took RMC utilization department over a week to approve it. In the mean time she saw her primary who ordered a mri which would be great to have completed prior to seeing ortho. Again is just sitting in utilization over a week later and many phone calls getting nowhere. Her doctor also prescribed meds for a sinus infection which have not worked and have spiked her blood pressure. Messages sent via healthy connection which have not been responded too. Calls to office and speak with Dr. Sirisuk receptionist have proven pointless. This is the worst medical center that cares nothing about its patients. Don't walk from it, RUN!

After many many years with the same doctor (Nathan Yen) and another bad experience with a specialist I have decided to move all of my medical care out of the Riverside Medical Clinic completely. These people have lost touch with their patients. I have had the same medications prescribed to me for 10+ years with a personal visit once a year and a telemed on the semi annual. Now it's a monthly request for a refill. This is not an opioid so that isn't where the problem is. The back office support is pretty much non existent any longer.
Save yourself some stress look elsewhere for your medical needs!

I see a lot of people on here complaining about having to wait an hour sometimes maybe an hour and a half to see a doctor or get any kind of attention from the staff I've been using this hospital for years since I was a teenager and started getting chronic kidney stones almost every single day I have been in pain and they used to make me sick for hours at least 4 to 5 hours every single time I used to go to the Regional Valley Medical Center in Riverside or more accurately Moreno Valley in Riverside County I would sit for hours of complete Avenue until you finally decide to do an x-ray and or CAT scan and then they pretty much will come and tell me that I shouldn't be in any pain because even though I have kidney stones there tucked away somewhere where they shouldn't be causing any pain but obviously that's not true because I have been horrible pain now he might be right in what he assessed but he's assuming that it doesn't hurt and that's what upset me at one point and even though all I can get them to do about my kidney stones is prescribed some medication for the pain but now I can't even do that because of the so-called opioid epidemic that is going on and they don't want people to get more addicted I guess or something like that it's ridiculously started and then they just cut you off and then they act surprised because somebody goes to the street heroin just to soothe the pain

Reenja Devaraj, MD worst experience, I'm stuck going to her due to getting hurt at work. She makes you feel stupid when you explain your symptoms. Talks over you and cuts your sentence short.false work status report as well, she tells me that she put i can lift ten pounds even though I can't "because my work already knows I can't". What the hell does that mean.

I was not allowed to come in due to my symptoms despite having a negative COVID test that day. I was told I'd get a call in 20 minutes and it took closer to an hour. I was supposed to get a video chat from the doctor about 20 minutes later and they just completely dropped it. I've been here for almost 2 hours, tired, hungry, sick and neglected. This is not how patients should be treated and it should not be okay for a doctor to refuse to see someone due to symptoms, go work another branch, If I was positive or unsure I'd understand but why even ask if I took a covid test if it doesn't matter.
The nurses I've spoken with on the phone have either not heard or ignored some of my symptoms, I haven't been seen by a doctor after almost being here for 3 hours. This isn't treatment.

I went to the urgent care yesterday 5/28/22, it took 30 minutes to be seen for vitals then I was sent back to the waiting room. I was told by the nurse there were 5 people ahead of me and the wait would be an hour. After an hour and a half, I asked the person at the front counter how much longer would I have to wait and she said “there’s 2 more people ahead of you so it’s another hour long wait” and when I tried to tell her I was there for a spider bite that made me feel nauseous and uneasy, she had the worst attitude and said “You have to talk to the doctor about that in an hour when they can see you but you can get something out of the vending machine. If you leave, your spot will be given to someone else. ” I’m was so upset I just left. I understand it was a very busy day for them and they were understaffed but the lady at the front counter’s attitude was unnecessary and I don’t understand what it took an hour and a half to see 3 people. That was my final straw and I won’t be going back.

If you’re thinking about coming to ANY riverside medical offices, RUN! I broke my foot Thursday, June 2nd (two weeks ago!) and still have not been seen by an orthopedic surgeon. It took them over a week, and MULTIPLE messages/phone calls to even get the URGENT referral sent to my insurance. My insurance approved it within a day and it took them ANOTHER WEEK to even see that it had been approved! This office has no sense of urgency at all. Whenever I told someone that I’d been waiting two weeks with a broken foot in a temporary splint, no one even sounded like they cared! This must happen often then! Then, I looked in my portal today and saw that it was finally approved. When I called, the lady said “we don’t see the referral” even though I told her it was approved in my MEDICAL PORTAL! So she talked to her “lead” and she said that I have to wait even LONGER to have the doctor approve my approval. Ridiculous. When I asked her how long it would take, she said she HOPED I’d get a call today or tomorrow. 10 years at this office, and I’ve NEVER gotten a call back when they say they would. I always have to end up calling them a week later wondering why I never got a call. The receptionists are relatively nice sometimes, but if you show ANY type of irritation, some will go off on you and get VERY snippy. Urgent referrals should not take over two weeks to be approved. I’ve gotten a dermatologist referral approved faster than this. I had to resort to calling customer relations to get anything done here. This place is a nightmare.

The receptionist at urgent care who worked 5/4/2022 are nothing short of rude, because you work behind the counter means nothing. Courtesy goes a long way, one of the receptionist wanted to act like miss-know-it-all, not letting me get a word in, thank you for the marvelous service ladies.

My husband went there today. No one in front of him. He had an xray. They couldn't fine xray, he said they were walking in circles like a circus.
2 hours later they gave him a prescription & wrapped his knee.
Usually we get paper work. None was given & not sure where the meds were ordered from. Was a waste of time.
Worst service ever. It usually runs more smoothly though.

The Brockton location Superior for primary care, getting seen on time and for their communicative practices regarding your appointment. The Moreno Valley location always seems unorganized.

I usually take my son to the Brockton location, where his primary doctor, since birth, works at. My son was scheduled at this location for a procedure, since this location is closer to where we live now, and I will never come here again. My son is a special needs child, and he needs both his mother and myself when he has a procedure, otherwise he has a terrible breakdown. The nurse intern, whatever, at the front door didn't want to let us all in, said it could only be one parent with the minor child, I told her it's in his medical records that he needs us both, she said because she is unable to confirm that, unless we have something on hand in writing, she can't allow us both to go in. I calmly suggested that she move, because we're all going in. Passed that, get to where I think his procedure is, and I say, "I think this is where we're supposed to be" and she starts talking, very rudely, about whether it's here or at the other location, I specified that I know we're at the right address, just not sure if this was the right office, she says, "sir, I won't know that until this opens, just wait a min and I can tell you where you're supposed to be". Now, we're sitting in the waiting room and she's talking loudly to a friend, I'm assuming, on the phone, clearly not a rude person, in general, just rude to the patients

Understaffed and overworked. Have never had an appointment that ran less than 30 minutes late, with most being considerably over that. Lab work and x-rays are done in separate locations, never in the actual doctor’s office, and the minimum wait for either is at least 40 minutes and potentially much longer (like half the day), especially for x-rays. It’s just ridiculous.

Wasn’t feeling well, body aches, cough but didn’t have a temperature. Asked to wait in my car and someone will call me. Waited 35 minutes in my car before I received phone call from nurse. Asked what my symptoms are and told her (same thing I told young man at the desk). Said that I couldn’t be seen there, I had to go to emergency room. I said why, “ she asked, “ do You want to speak to doctor? ” I answered, “why can’t I SEE the doctor? ” She said the Dr.will tell you on phone. Doctor came on phone and said because of COVID 19 and MY symptoms, I have to go to emergency room and get a COVID test as they do not give COVID test at Urgent Care.
This was all by phone and took place in June 2021. The first week in November, I was billed for having the doctor at Urgent Care tell me that I can’t be seen there. I filed a grievance with Riverside Medical billing Department. They said the doctor diagnosed me with a bronchial infection. I asked ”how? The doctor didn’t see me. ” Riverside Medical billing Department said the doctor did the best he could with what I told him on the phone that day.
I replied, “Are you kidding me? You allow a doctor to diagnose via phone call (it wasn’t a Zoom call) ? They said because of COVID that was Urgent Care procedure.

I found all this out through MY insurance company. I never received a statement or bill from Riverside Medical either.

Best to go elsewhere and not to Riverside Medical Urgent Care facilities, especially the location on Day St.

(I did receive the proper diagnosis from Loma Linda Hospital Murrieta and I tested negative for COVID.)
