Riverside Medical Clinic - Eastvale

Overall a great clinic and staff. Except for a front office receptionist that was hitting on a patient. She told patient, “ your my cup of tea are you married. ” I’m a medical assistant myself would never do such a thing.

Horrible wait time on the phone, not coming here and don't tell me to call and discuss because nobody answers the phone. Do better and hire people that actually want to work

Called twice, both times I was on hold for 15 min before the person on the other side picks up then quickly hangs up without saying a word.

I set an appointment for 3 months straight and was never able to be seen. They keeps canceling my appointment and even said they called and left me a message to reschedule but I never received a voicemail from them. Other then them lying and pushing me off to the side because I was a new patient. I was told a lot of their doctors have quit and my doctor was trying to manage their patients. I understand being understaffed but why lie to me and not just tell me they couldn't accommodate me. I ended up choosing a different doctor all together at a different facility and was ableto be seen right away. I used 3 vacation days in order to visit them for my appointment and ended up with nothing. Choose another office.

This place gets worse and worse. I am at 26 minutes and counting just to make an appointment for my daughter. Does anyone really care about their patients? This isn't the first time. It literally said 30 secs until someone will answer and I am now at 30 minutes thinking about what else I should type on this review.

Absolutely worst experience with the receptionist every time. It’s a nightmare to deal with appointments and bad customer service
