Dismayed at the lies and REFUSAL of those in charge (Doctor & Admin) to treat a friend’s mother with medical treatment— RUDE to the family and they can’t remember what lies they told from one meeting to the next — call light on for over half hour before responding— family member who has paperwork for care of her mother refused specific information and told the nurses don’t know how to use the computer system they log information in and told oh it must be normal!
