If you need assistance which medical or food stamps or need any kind of help this is the place to go the workers there are very understanding and they treat people with dignity and compassion it they do a great job there I give them credit for dealing with different personalities everyday

It might not be the fastest, service when waiting. But you have to keep in mind that many people are going in at one time. But when you are seen, customer service is great. The staff will do what they can to get you out of there fast. It also helps if you bring in completed applications for what you are applying for.

They really help people including myself out but you have to stay on top of your case because they will drop the ball they have to many cases.

Cool location. Too much if an issue to get a replacement card when ur visiting from a different county. My father had just passed and I lost my EBT.my worst nightmare.besides the ride from Apple Valley to this mofo bcuz it's the closest! But after 2 hrs of getting the run around a wonderful supervisor plugged me in after sensing my need to spit fire and from Denise doing that I was gone in 6 mins. Gotta live great customer service!

Once your applications in it smooth sailing after that The social workers that are assigned to your case will be on top of everything.

Personally i don't HATE this place. But i do think they should find a way to make the line go faster.

Usually a very long wait if you need to see a worker but it does have a kiosk to scan time- sensitive documents to your worker to avoid long lines.

Although i dislike the wait you have to endure at this busy Riverside location, its always worth it. The workers here are knowledgeable & informative. That's supposed to be what their here for, to help. And help is what they deliver.

The building itself is easy to find. It's in a large shopping center and takes up a large portion of the center. However the entrance is a bit confusing. There are different entrances for different programs. Once you do find the correct entrance you are left on your own in navigating a complex system. My suggestion is to seek help from someone else in line. Staff isn't very helpful.

Hate it. Terrible parking. Long lines. Long waits. Some staff treat you badly. Especially if this is your first time there. You don't know the rules or where to go. You have no idea what to do & to be made to feel like a lazy bum that only wants a hand out. It's crazy. Not everyone is that way. Without our need. They would be without a job.

Rhe wait here good vary even if your the 1st person here they can still have you waiting four 5hrs here.

This is how a Government office should be run! Walk in, Staff ask, and then, direct you to the right place, whether that be a (short) line to be pre-screened, or to a chair in a nice, clean, quiet environment. All staff seemed content and not suicidal for having to deal with the masses.
