Riverview Springs Apartments, Oceanside CA

I’m not the biggest fan of rating places poorly, but I have to say that Riverview Springs is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Management wasn’t extremely rude, but they were very unhelpful from day 1 of move-in when my apartment was crawling with ants within six hours of move-in. Since it was my first ever apartment complex, I stayed the entirety of my one year lease, but it was a war fighting against large amounts of spiders, ants, and other small pests. I even hired my own pest control because theirs was just one guy spraying with unhelpful, strong products that required me to leave for hours on end. Because its connected to other units, my pest control company was not able to provide any long-term support which was unfortunate. I was super excited when my one year lease was ending and moved away. Its also not surprising that when I did move, the rent spiked up $500 for my unit and was available immediately after I moved out, which is odd considering damages were done that paid to have fixed. If they were actually fixed is the bigger question.

Moral of the story: READ THESE REVIEWS AND BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU RENT.

This place is not worth living in! You pay a lot of money for rent and they put a lot of restrictions on you when you have pets, persecution and false accusations, in addition to being a victim of theft and vandalism to my car and the administration.still waiting for a response.the administrator is a rude person. In addition to blocking the online account without justification claiming that the payment was not registered or was returned.which in the application of my bank the withdrawal of the payment amount comes out without any problem, it is definitely not worth living in apartments that, in addition to being so expensive, always have problems with everything.

Do you like ants? How about mold? Then this is the place for you! Moving in & out was simple enough for us, but during our time living here was full of problems. The apartment was gross & there was always a trail of ants marching through somewhere. If that wasn't enough, the master bathroom sink smelled putrid. The maintenance workers were fantastic, but they can only do so much when the place should, in my opinion, be torn down

Why is there a tow truck here scanning peoples car that are parked in the carport and not in the carport? As I type this? He is currently parked in front of the main office?
