Applying and moving in was so simple and hassle free! The apartment manager, Gabi, is so professional and kind. We can’t praise her enough. She has even been there for us on days when she is not working.

We have a newly refurbished apartment with more floor space than we know what to do with. I’ve never had a nicer washer or dryer! I love that all the appliances are eco-friendly and save water. They’re a simple app where you can pay all of your utilities. There are plenty of parking stalls.

We love it here, and we’ve never been so comfortable. And the staff are quick to help if anything pops up.

Riverwood is the best! They just remodeled so everything is clean and freshly painted, and the appliances, floors and electrical are all new and modern. The apartment manager Gabi is kind and helpful and made our move in experience the easiest we have ever had. Nacho with maintenance is friendly and always hard at work, and keeps the place in great condition.

I’ve been here for 5 years, previously management was horrible. New company took over in 2021, the new office manager is very nice, she’s understanding and takes the time to care about the apartment complex. Every time we talk to her she always makes us feel welcome in her office.

WHERE DO I START! We lived here prior to New management and decided to stay after they renovated. We went from paying $1175 to $1825, they stated everything was being renovated which was a COMPLETE LIE! WE moved in with no blinds, no bedroom door, no stove for 6 weeks. Management Gabriella Perez was VERY unhelpful she is the worst so called "PROPERTY MANAGER". She ignores your calls and text daily she says she in meetings all day zoom calls how so? We had a roof leak 2x they cut the ceiling out and left it exposed OVER NIGHT raining never covered it have 2 small kids in our apartment. THEY DO NOT CARE HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARN MONEY THESE UNITS ARE TRASH AND NOT REMODELED THEY JUST PAINTED OVER CABNETS, PAINTED SINKS AND TUBS. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES THEY POST ONLINE THE APARTMENTS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THAT! OH PLUS THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT UTILITIES NOT BEING INCLUDED IN RENT! GABRIELLA PEREZ IS A JOKE AND DOES NOTHING IN THE OFFICE ALL DAY! She has refused for 4 months to provide us with CORPORATES number and has stopped all contact with us and we ARE PAYING TENANTS! We have asked numerous times for our signed lease and she has refused to provide it we never signed one so thats why she cant produce one. I posted pictures and these are just a few!

Recently purchased by private investors. Little gem in Madera is gone! They run it strictly like a business. Rent increase a month after taking over. Most if not all tenants kicked out soon after for “renovations” so they could increase rent another $500 for laminate flooring and better countertops. Gal in front office is super nice but, expect consistent rent increases.

Evicted so they can do "renovations". Who can come up with rent plus deposit in that amount of time to get a new place? Not many people. Decent apartments but good luck with new management.

Evicted everyone out well happen to you.just so they can increase rent from 1200$ to 1800$. They dont care if your homeless

Tenants are being forced out of their home or are facing homelessness after new company took over the apartments. Rent will be increased dramatically

New management is trying to evict everyone out trying to increase rent from 600 to 700$ more.i would not recommend you moving here on top of that they don’t care about your families they are throwing everyone out like garbage not caring if people have enough to go some where eles leaveing people homeless

If i could i would put 0 stars.new ownership is a joke.evicted everyone and now families are facing homelessness.when they reply to these comments they want to seem like there trying to work with you but there heartless.but what goes around comes around.you guys well here from me sooner or later…. Fyi theres rats, roaches, lizards, flys, and back yard is all dirt which grass gross all tall as the fence and they don’t do anything about it.

As of January 1st 2022 this apartment complex is under new management. This management is garbage. To move in the rent is 1600. They are trying to evict current tenants for any little reason. I received 4 three day notices in less than 2 months. These apartments are nice but the management they have switched to is awful. I was a resident but I’ve moved out.
