I stayed here for a month & a half, as I was feeling stuck & lost in life. Having a friendly environment & a routine helped me feel more connected & grounded in my life. A part of me wishes I had stayed longer, but I got a lot out of the time I spent there. Definitely a fond memory. Would recommend.

Our family's experience with Riviera Recovery has been nothing short of extraordinary. My son spent three months at this facility, and I can confidently say that the level of care he received was exceptional. The staff's support and kindness were instrumental in his journey towards lasting sobriety.

From the beginning, Riviera Recovery stood out for its commitment to creating a nurturing environment. The personalized treatment plan, combined with the staff's genuine dedication, created a supportive atmosphere that fostered my son's mental health recovery. The compassion and understanding displayed by the team were crucial components of his success.

My son's life has undergone a remarkable transformation, thanks to the comprehensive approach to treatment provided by Riviera Recovery and Launch Centers. Their expertise and a genuine desire to help those on the path to recovery from any mental health condition made all the difference.

I was researching mental health housing for my nephew who was stepping down from a 30 program but needed continued support while starting an outpatient. We were having a tough time finding adequate and safe locations in LA that catered towards a younger crowd that also wasn't substance based. Thats when we were told about Riviera Recovery. Since arriving, he has been able to build a social community while focusing on the basic life skills he was lacking while living at home. I can't thank the staff enough for all the hard work they put into creating such a nurturing environment for someone who's really struggling.

Hello all!

I would recommend Riviera recovery as a top pick for anyone looking to recover. I sadly spent a good amount of time in and out of treatment in my youth, but gladly ended up in great hands here.

Point being.

Not all treatment centers are the same.

The care here is genuine and extensive. You can tell from the moment you enter Riviera, that these are good people. You will be in a safe space with staff that has wisdom from experience. They offer care and life skills that have tremendous value, and you can see yourself how it impacts your life and choices. Especially over time. The more I live and make better choices, I look back on my journey and see what an essential part Riviera played in my recovery. They planted so many seeds in me on what it means to recover, why it’s so important to surround yourself with a positive community, and what it looks like to take care of yourself. I learned the power of healthy habits, and living a life balancing my physical, mental, and spiritual needs.

If you or a loved one needs support on their journey to health, I highly recommend you reach out to Jose, Tim, or anyone at the house.

I wish all of you the best on your path to wellness

If you’re looking for a mental health primary transitional living that’s inclusive, structured and supportive, Riviera is the place. The new female house is gorgeous in a cute area of town (Sawtelle Japantown) with lots of boutiques and cafes, but the staff and services here should be a real draw. I appreciate the fact that they’re accepting of non-binary and gender nonconforming clients, especially due to negative experiences our loved one had at two of the other facilities in the area. Secilia is a great program manager and does well with helping depressed and anxious clients to get motivated, and the house activities and outings really helped our family member get out of their shell, so to speak. I also love that life skills are a huge part of their program, as grocery shopping, living within a financial budget and food preparation is something that simply didn’t happen beforehand (Uber Eats and Door Dash were always the go-to instead). Secilia also helped our loved one start some volunteer work, which then led to getting hired as an employee. And best of all, this isn’t a sober living where clients who don’t have addiction issues are forced to attend 12 step meetings. In fact, there aren’t any 12 step meetings at all! Big thanks to the entire team!

I credit this place with providing a new lease on life for a young friend of mine. The love and discipline they provided was done in just the right way to pull him out of the flaming nosedive his life had become. If you know someone whose life has become a chaotic mess, I strongly recommend you send him or her to this facility.
