Staff was courteous and most helpful with selection of quality tires for a good price. Provided transportation back and forth to the garage from home which was a plus. A senior discount was given I really appreciated. Garage employees were efficient, timely and professional in their conduct with customers and with each other. Refreshing to see workers enjoying their jobs. Customer service A-1.

Work done in resonable time. First time they saw vehicle so had to review my records to make sure maintenance was up to date. Ride home and pickup to return to shop appreciated.

My experience at Rizzoli's in Morro Bay was absolutely perfect. Luis was incredibly helpful with arranging the complimentary tow and ride to the shop when my car was ready and keeping me updated on the repair! I think the pricing was fair and I'm incredibly happy with the result.

Rizzolis went above and beyond to help. AAA needed to drop off and they made room first off. Next Honda did not make the part I needed individually, so in order to save me money, not only called salvage yard, but got the piece for me. The communication was constant and the work was done in a timely manner. The car is driving like a champ again. The bestest thing of all is once you pay, they put your keys in an outside lockbox. Give you the combo, and you can pick up your car at anytime you want! What a great experience and beyond helpful staff! Thank You!
