I recently had a fantastic experience with RJ Nautical's customer support. The Josh was exceptionally responsive and helpful, addressing my inquiries promptly and efficiently.he commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I felt valued as a customer, and the level of support I received enhanced my overall shopping experience. I highly recommend RJ Nautical for not just their impressive products but also for the outstanding service support that sets them apart.

We purchased an EPropulsion motor from them just over 2 years ago, when we purchased it they were great to deal with, prompt responses and just great service. But, 6 or so weeks out of warranty and the $1100+ battery just died. We were beside ourselves. We called left a message, received a call back with in an 1/2 hour, it was Josh, who we dealt with when we purchased the motor. He was awesome, assured us they would do everything they could to help, even though it was out of warranty. He and Robert worked with the distributor, who handles the warranty claims, they paved the way to have our battery replaced at no charge to us. They went WAY above and beyond what they had to do. Robert kept in contact with us through the entire process, which took a week or 2. We can not stress enough how awesome they were to deal with. We never felt like we had to push them to help us, they just did it. It was so refreshing to work with a company that truly knows and practices GREAT customer service.

I paid close to $2000 for tune up
but the price was very expensive and the electric service was the worst.
If you want to repair your inflatable right go somewhere else.worst experience ever.

Purchased a new 6 HP outboard from these folks. Fantastic customer service. My motor arrive damaged as if UPS dropped the box from a high rise building. Josh and Brian quickly shipped out another motor without hesitation and turned this unsettling experience into a positive one. Thanks guys.

I have a 2000 40 horsepower 4-stroke Yamaha. After a number of horrible experiences in South Bay area trying to get parts for my Yamaha I finally found RJ nautical the parts guy Robert was extremely helpful answered a bunch of my dumb questions without any air of superiority didn't treat me like I was stupid for asking questions every other boat place I've dealt with in the area if you don't have twin 300 v-max's on the back of your boat they don't even want to talk to you. Very professional great communication skills every other shop in the area could take a lesson from RJ Nautical

I just bought a new Yamaha 25 HP Motor for my new inflatable boat from RJ Nautical. Both Dustin and Josh were amazing to work with. I received prompt answers to my questions and we made the deal over the phone. When I went to headquarters to pick it up, Josh gave me a tour, introduced me to various departments and then gave me a quick tutorial on the motor itself. They have a great service department. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Doing business with them was a dream and I really enjoyed learning so much while I was there. I definitely recommend their store.

First.they are over priced for what they offer. BET YOU CAN FIND IT FOR LESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. The only reason I was ordering for them is because they where close to me and the shipping would not take long. Tried to purchase paddle board motor from them.the order went through on line.gave them my email address (phone number is optional on their form). They did not call me for 5 days to let me know it was not being shipped. I had to call them to get a response.then they told me only one person it there company could ship hazmat shipments (a battery) and it would not be shipped for another week because they were not at work. Then they act like that you are automatically fraud. (which I am not). All this just to try to purchase a paddle board motor…Very poor communication on there part. If your not order something expensive from them that they are making a lot of money on they don’t care about the business.then they write a big response trying to cover it up. I CHOSE to never order from them again.get it some where else for less and not have to deal with them. I hope this review makes them think about how they do business and how they treat people.if so then it’s done it’s job.

I ordered an E-Propulsion outboard to be shipped to me. My needs were a bit unique and Dustin at RJ did a terrific job keeping in touch with me until I received some one off parts I needed for the job. Great communication and service. Highly recommend them.

These Guys are great! Really walked me thru which motor was perfect for me and didn't stop there. The continued service is outstanding. I ordered from the opposite side of the country and will do again and again to work with Josh and crew.

I walked into the shop looking for a small outboard motor and was greeted by the owner who told me all about the products, he was very clear on service options and risks and rewards of the purchase. This place has unbeatable costumer service and keeps in touch in a quick manner, it’s also a huge bonus that when you call you can speak with an actual person who is intelligible. Great Shop and service, 10/10
