Our AC guy Ron was great! He went through the options, with no pressure! He fixed that day, even had to go get a part! He was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful! Air works great!

Robert (owner) went above and beyond the call of duty to help us multiple times. We had a terrible mold issue in our attic that required RKM to take out our HVAC system multiple times and he was patient, flexible, caring, and even helped us save money by suggesting different plans so we could pivot after disappointments with your remediation company. RKM has our total loyalty and trust and we're really grateful for their service and helpfulness. This is the first business in a long time where I didn't have to do their job for them and follow up 100x. 100% happy with RKM.

It's been over a month since our new system was installed. Brand new Goodman outdoor AC unit and gas furnace in the attic. Great customer service. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helped us select a system that was within our budget and needs. Omar and his installation team were nice and professional. Very happy so far

These guys are great. They show up quickly and get things done. Happy with their install of my system and how they maintain the system. Highly recommend them!

4 yrs now and Keep getting a runaround with final city inspection. RKM says its on city and city says on RKM.still have not received my thermostat they promised.

We received no calls, emails from rkm. We've only received a letter from the city and is blaming rkm for no response.

As for the thermostat is concerned we were told a new thermostat would be given to us after installation was completed regardless if we had one or not.

Ron Newcomb is professional, well groomed, polite, friendly, on time, and explained in detail services recommended. He is an asset to the RKM family business.

I’ve used RKM ever since moving into my condo 3 years ago. The first time I brought them out, my A/C unit would go on, then shut off, and continued constantly. The engineer who came on sight found that it was a busted temperature gauge on the unit and also that the lines needed cleaning. Having not known how the previous owners maintained the unit, I felt that I needed to do it to have ease of mind. They got the work done, and even saved me some money at the end. Totally top notch work and the unit has been steady since. I went ahead and got their yearly service plan so that they come out and check the unit and replace the filter for ease of mind. You don’t want to be stuck on a hot day without A/C and then have to wait 3-4 weeks because they are booked! Every time they come I get a full report of what was checked and I feel confident in their work.

Robert and his whole team including the office staff very helpful and knowledgeable. RKM installed and new furnace /AC and ducts I am very pleased and would highly recommend RKM to all my friends. Thank you again Robert and your entire team you guy's are awesome.

I have used them first in September 2022. They were able to fix one of my AC system and running so far. They are also very good at following up on tune up schedule since I purchase one of their Komfort care package. I scored a 3 cause of the last visit I encountered. I requested first a tune up schedule but texted that one of the unit seems like not blowing enough cool air. It was running fine last summer and just turned it on couple of days ago. They were able to give me an earlier schedule instead of end of the month if it was just a tune which was great. I waited from 1 to 5pm given window. I notice that it was getting close to 5 and the technician still did not arrive. I sent a text to check and I was told he is on his way. The Technician was late and came around 15mins after 5pm window. I explained what was going on and he went to the back and plugged his pressure tester on one of the AC unit I am having problem with. He just looked at the tester and with in 5mins immediately said he thinks I have a leak and he suggested an isolation test but will require a welder. I asked him aren't you going to check or do a throughly visual checks first of the whole unit as a step to see if it has some leak. He said he can open the coil but that will cost. I hesitated and asked more questions for clarification. All I was asking is to do a better initial inspection first. I felt like he didn't want to do this when I asked him to and his response was that I want the job done free. I said no but I would at least want a fair work done. He then went to the attic to check quickly an took pictures he said he did not see any leak. When I ask can he then do the tune up of the other AC that is doing fine he said he doesn't have the time to do it cause he came late. This will be done when they do the isolation test and don't know when this will be scheduled. I am torn if I should still schedule this or just get a 2nd opinion. I felt like he didn't do a full inspection first in order to come up with list of options and that it's the end of the day he just wants to get over it.

Ron has provided maint on our system several times. Every time he is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. He does a great job.

The technician did a great job and was very professional. My only complaint is I had to pay for 8lbs of coolant when my system only takes 6 lbs. This must be a new thing as it was not like that before.

Axel did a wonderful job repairing our old heater. His knowledge and experience led him to troubleshoot a very old system. He had us heating our home in no time. We’ll be calling RKM in the future because of their expertise and fair dealings.

RKM installed our HVAC system 5 years ago (including all new ducting). Their level of professionalism is quite rare. The system is remarkably efficient (it uses 25% less power than the one in our prior house despite having to heat/cool 1200 sq.ft.more space). Their service techs are knowledgeable, efficient and polite.

Robert, did an amazing job helping us repair our heating system. He took his take to explain everything to my husband and I so we can avoid any issues in the future. We will definitely recommend RKM heating and air conditioning to all our friends and family. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I always have RKM do a twice yearly maintenance of my A/C and Heat system. Very happy with this company. Will continue to use them.
