So we found a pool on ebay and thought ups would deliver it but rl carriers were going to and still hasn’t came in 3 weeks the customer service is really bad. They kept canceling the shipment every week. It was supposed to come last Friday and it didn’t come and when we called them they said it barely stopped and Reno then they told us it would come Monday which is today and it was taking long so we called them asking where it is and the lady said it is in Sacramento then we called again with my father to see if we can pick it up and they said to cal back in 2 hours.

Would not recommend really bad

Zero is my rating. They can’t even make a 4 hour window. Spend my entire day waiting for a package that showed up 2 1/2 hours late.

First off we understand the delay in delivery and understaffing due to COVID. That being said, our experience with this company had been nothing but negative. First of all, our expensive package was 90 miles from our home for three weeks. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or return a call to check on the status. The delivery driver was extremely rude to my wife and very unprofessional. He sat at our neighbor's house "trying to make contact" which never occurred and didn't even knock on the neighbor's door just sat in his truck. Next couple of delivery attempts had excuses as to why the failed delivery including not being able to find our address even though if you happen to use maps it will take you right to it. In the end it took a picture of our driveway/front door, complaints to this delivery sender (pool company) and three weeks in order for our package to reach our door. That delivery driver had no business being in that truck as he couldn't perform job tasks and honestly I hope he's been terminated. I understand hard times but there's no reason to be rude and unprofessional. The other people that I actually got into contact with (800 customer service number) were very rude also. I was unable to get in contact with the office where the package was PHYSICALLY AT. Very poor company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and also hope that anyone who sees this takes their business elsewhere. And I really hope this company sees this because this is unacceptable. You need to hire better staff. If I could give this negative stars I would. I believe all these problems came from the Redding, California terminal. BEWARE!

Third try to meet for delivery. Fail! I have had to take off work three times to meet for my delivery. They cancelled this last attempt the morning of the delivery. Too short of notice and the last time I will use this company if I can help it.

Worst tracking control ever!
Received a text that product was in and to please contact West Sacramento to set up delivery. I
set up a Will Call instead when I showed up I was told my item was in Houston, TX

Wow 1-1/2 hour round trip for nothing. Good Job brain dead people @ R&L Carriers

Now I get to sit around all day Thursday and wait for a delivery?
That should be a 0 star rating.

Worst service! I called to find out when the driver would be here they say he’s 30 mins away a hour goes by and I called and they say he’s 30 mins away! Long time commitments and I have a 11am-3pm commitment and driver is late this is horrible!
