7 I've only been to 2. This one and the one in Turlock. The one in Turlock is FAR superior. This one lacks organization and the pictures they post online lack so many obvious angles and info.
To the staff: Please learn to take pictures of labels and info on boxes. If a unknown item part has numbers or letters on it, take a picture of those numbers and letters. It's simple to do and goes a long way.
Also, pleaser invest in larger and taller shelves. That way the shelves can stay put and you don't need to roll around countless shelves to find an item. I'd suggest visiting Turlock and seeing how they do it. I was in an out of Turlock in less than 2 minutes with several items.
This place is ok. There friendly and try to help as they can, but there so un organized. As many ppl as they have there, you would think they would be a bit more organized. The auction itself is awesome, but I suggest calling to make sure your item is avaliable.
This review is for the Modesto Bidrl only. I have now shopped at 3 Bidrls. This one was horrible, disorganized and unprofessional. They had no waiting area and it was confusing where to go. I waited 30 minutes to have someone pull an item.
Good deals on most items. Not all new items so be aware of that. Bad customer service most times.
Love this place! They get so many great items in all the time. Employees are all nice and friendly as well.
I have purchased a lot of items from bidrl, most recently (this last week) a non working set of beats wireless headphones and a completely worthless broken stroller. I accepted that I got what I paid for with the headphones. The stroller on the other hand was taken out of the box, pics taken and posted when they listed the item. None of the pics showed that one of frame pieces was completely broken in half.
It clearly states on their website that they do their best to list everything they can about the item and I've seen where they've listed items as broken, incomplete, or please preview. I feel that they intentionally did not list the item as broken. I clearly saw that it was broken when I pulled it out of the box.
I've emailed them a few times and have been completely ignored. They are obviously all about making a buck, even if they are selling completely useless/broken items. Now I have to fit this trash in my garbage can.
